The technician, Jarred, was prompt, personable, informative, hard working, considerate and did a thorough job. We will recommend him personally to anyone who asks, in fact, we already have. All areas that were cleaned look great and there was no heavy chemical odors. He was accurate in the time frames he estimated for the drying process and everything looks lighter and brighter.

This is the second time that I have used Zerorez and I like that afterward, the carpets don't feel crunchy like I have experienced with other companies. Every person that I have dealt with from persons on the phone to the staff that show up to do the service, everyone has been very professional and polite.
