The tech that visited our home wasn't to the normal standard of customer service we've received from Zerorez in the past. He wasn't very clear in his instructions and explanations of the different services Zerorez provides. My wife was confused and unsure what to do as he did not refer to any previous work orders or history of our cleaning to try and understand what we've taken advantage of in the past. It wasn't until the end of the cleaning where he was extremely friendly and like a normal tech we've dealt with. He could have delivered this great customer service from the get go, but he unfortunately did not.

I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning especially how well a problem area was cleaned. It was hard to tell the that the area had been heavily soiled. Your technician was very courteous and capable and answered all my questions regarding the cleaning process.

I asked for my rug to be cleaned. It is made of Rayon, and they said it could be cleaned, and it now looks 10 times worse that it did before they cleaned it! I think it is ruined! Im so disappointed and angry.

The lady was very polite on the phone when calling to tell us the time of arrival. The gentleman was on time. He explained the process of using less chemicals but high PH water to clean the carpet. My husband immediately could tell a difference when he came home from work. The carpet dried in the time frame described.

Heard a lot of good things on the Radio, wanted to find out for myself. Very pleased with Robert. He did an excellent job. The follow up with the supervisor was just a plus. Have had carpet cleaned by many other companies, but I am convinced now that Zerorez is our carpet cleaning company. Oh and the 10 yr old carpet looks almost like new.

Reduce the cost for hallways. It is very expensive. I am waiting the odor of wet carpets to go away. I still have a strong urine smell in my carpets even through we did not find any major locations. Approx 7 light spots of 2-3" or less in 3 rooms and a hallway. It took my rugs over 12 hours to dry.

I love how fast the carpets dry. I also love the smell of the spot remover. I have used them twice now and each time the representative was very professional.
