The technician was very quick and precise. He also seemed very knowledgeable about the products used.
The gentleman that cleaned the carpets did a great job however your cleaning meathod was inadequate in being able to clean a standard high traffic area. Cleaning that area was the main reason for us getting the carpets cleaned in the first place. Carpet only 2 years old, no spots or stains other than the high traffic areas.
Had my tile and grout cleaned and was assured that in a little while the sealer would dry and the tiles would look like new. Well, they don't and look the same as before they were cleaned. A waste of money!
The young man did a excellent job are carpets look the best they have ever looked. My husband & I think it's way to hard of a job for 1 person, it would help your employees so much to have 2 people working & sharing the jobs since they have to drag out all equipment, clean carpet with 3 steps then put back all equipment, and do the same thing however many customers each day your employees deserve the help.

The customer service is amazing every time I have every called. I truly appreciate that you gave us a returning customer deal. I think its important to do things for people that continue to use your service rather than just new ones. I also appreciated that our technician took extra time to try to get some specific spots clean.

Tech was very aware of the special needs of our Residents and staff. Staff review included asking for the same Technician the next time because he was so good.
Be honest abut the price. Hiding the enviro fee was BS.
All in all it was okay and the price reasonable. the phone salespeople got mixed up a couple times but nothing major.
It doesn't soak the carpet or take a long time to dry. There are no smells or odors left afterwards. The employees are quick, efficient & professional.

Peter and Julius came out to clean my very dirty carpets. I did not think they would turn out as good as they did. I had a stain in my dressing area that others were not able to get out and Resolve could not touch. I brought the stain to Peter's attention and he said he had a special solution that he thought might work. I am thinking yeah, right, no one else and nothing else was able to move that stain. Peter said that this solution would continue to work and he was so right. That stain, that has been in my carpet for years is now gone. It was right in the middle of the room and i would also look at it. It was driving me and my husband crazy. It is now just a memory. They took their time in cleaning my carpets, wanting to make sure they turned out perfect. The carpets were very soft, no crunch, from soap residue, like others have left. I would highly recommend Zerorez to my friends. I will for sure use them in the future. Thank you Peter and Julius, you both are a real asset to Zerorez. Thank you, First name removed
