They were safe and dried quickly.

Your man said that pet stains could not be guaranteed to be removed. He was right they did not come out. It is still disappointing to spend several hundred dollars and not have the stain removed.

During my call to make the appointment I shared with the person on the phone that I was calling because of pet stains. I recently adopted a dog and the training has been difficult. I was told that regular cleaning may be enough but that the tech would evaluate and then if needed may need deeper cleaning. Phone person said he would price out per stain but never mentioned how pricey that could be. I know it could be my fault because I didn't ask the cost per stain but in my mind I assumed it would be less than $25 a stain which is what I learned from the tech.

I did agree to just let him do a regular cleaning to see how that would go. As he left the carpet looked okay but it wasn't until time passed while it was drying that the pet smell/urine just kept getting stronger and stronger. I was extremely disappointed. I feel the tech could have warned me that the regular cleaning could just bring that smell to the surface.

I had explained to the phone person my biggest wish was that the smell go away with the hope that the dog wouldn't continue to smell and re-soil the carpet.

Just not the experience I was hoping for.

The men who came were exceptionally nice and you could tell they were working really hard. My carpets just don't look any better. We only have four year old carpets, and we don't allow food or shoes on them. So they aren't trashed, just needed a good clean, but they sadly don't look any better.

I can breathe again. Alleluia! The chemical free process is the ONLY way to go. Been a customer for years & everyone I recommend loves it!

Had car detailed and where water / cleaner settled, when dried, looks worse now than before seats were detailed especially on drivers seat. I was assured it was just wet and would be fine when dried, but surprise.
Now I am happy with tech's customer service in house, but not with car at this time

I sent an email with pictures, but did not get a response which is a little concerning as well. One would of thought that my email with photos would have at least Get a reply.

Had to call them to voice my concern and set up an appointment for someone to come out and inspect. Now I am not sure if that person will be equipped to redo car cleaning, but am optimistic
