The technicians that came out did a very good job cleaning our sectional. They were very detail oriented. I looked over the sectional and they did not miss a spot. Couch looks as good as new.

The truck broke down and instead of sending another truck right away, they sent a mechanic first that couldn't fix it then eventually sent another truck. The crew started on the carpets an hour and 45 minutes after they arrived, about the time they should have been finishing.
Other than that the crew was great and did a really nice job.

I know it is your company policy, but I think your people should move furniture as needed. I am not talking about big heavy pieces, but chairs and floor lamps, and smaller tables. Also, when my husband voiced his opinion @ the furniture moving, as he has a bad back, Steve got quite defensive. My husband had told him he had been in the business, and Steve told me he should have known better than use the spot remover on several urine stains from our dog. We will not have you back again.
I will be honest with you I am the Property Manager and I didn't see the home when it was completed. I am sure I would have heard from my Tenant if there was an issue.
Prices are a little high, compared to other quotes we got, but I was happy with the short amount of time it took for the 2 people to all the carpets, and they were both very friendly and professional.
Not only was your service easy to schedule, I appreciated the follow up to narrow down my service time, your guys showing up on time and them doing a great job. Both gentlemen were very well mannered and diligent and were in and out promptly upon completion.
We will definitely be having Zerorez clean our carpets in the future!

The scheduler is friendly and efficient, explains the process and states that Zerorez will call two days before to confirm my appointment. And unlike other companies, they follow through on everything!!

Zerorez is fabulous. From the time the appointment was set they made sure all questions were answered, gave us a quote that was what we actually had to pay, considerate of time by being on time or in our case had a cancellation and was able to come earlier, friendly office and carpet cleaner. Was able to get out a candle stain on our carpet. Would definitely use again and recommend to others. Thank you!!!
