No soaps or chemicals are used. The appointment process was easy online and when I had to call w a time change it was no problem. Technician came at time promised and was very pleasant.

I have had my tile & carpeting done by Zerorez & could not be happier! Great techs both times, who were very professional. I also use the empowered water to steam my tile floors on a regular basis, which gets them much cleaner while leaving absolutely no residue to dull the floor. It's a shame there are only five stars to give! Had filthy carpets in a townhome, came out darn near perfect! Customer service and my rep here were both spectacular, meeting my tight schedule. A fantastic job from start to finish; will absolutely use over and over and recommend to friends!
The technician was very courteous, did an excellent job, and answered all the questions I had about the products he used.

The entry ways into the bedroom an den were not clean
Zerorez has a great product, and I felt safe with my children playing on our carpets after being professionally cleaned. The service provider was very professional, and had great recommendations like adding a protectant. He arrived on time and finished the job in the promised window of time. Overall, our experience was excellent and we will always use and recommend Zerorez for our steam cleaning needs. Thanks guys!
