Was very satisfied with the overall customer service, from the people scheduling the appointment, the call ahead a letting me know the tech is on the way and our tech Sandon. Sanding showed up on time, got right to work, was very friendly, knowledgeable about Zerorez product compared to other carpet cleaning companies. He gave us advice on products to use on our tile as well. Didn't mind our dog being in the house with him. My carpets look brand new, feel brand new, no crunchy feeling like other cleaning companies. I will definitely be calling Zerorez again and will be asking to have Sandon be sent out as well.

I think your company does very well on carpet. I would not recommend your company when it comes to tile. I have had you twice for the tile and it does not look any better than before you came. Randall was the tech this time and he worked very hard and did his best. The problem is the steel brush makes the grout darker.
My carpets/tiles were cleaned thoroughly and the products they used really worked well to get the stains off my carpets.
Arrived on time, prompt service, courteous employee, carpets cleaned. What more can a customer ask for?

The job that Zerorez did on my carpet was fantastic. I couldn't be any happier with the results. All the staff I dealt with were courteous and professional . I will recommend Zerorez to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.
The tile looked a bit better after the cleaning but an odor I was trying to address persisted after the cleaning. Also, I thought all of the stone tile would be sealed but only the grout was included.
I've had great results from your company before, and told many people how the grout looked brand new. It took the tech awhile, but the results were great. This time, the results weren't as good, and the tech didn't seem to spend much time working on it. Not bad but not great.

What I like about your products is that you don't use soap, which leaves soap residue on carpets, creating a magnet for dirt. The gentleman who came to clean the carpets was professional and explained everything well. I asked him if he'd go ahead and clean more rooms than I'd originally wanted and he was glad to help. Thank you!

We are so pleased with the thorough cleaning Dallin did. Our carpets look brand new, he was amazed that they were almost 15 years old! We love Zerorez, and we'll be having our carpets cleaned again when they need it. Dallin is so courteous and well mannered, he went out of his way to assist us in any way we needed. He is to be congratulated!
Unlike other carpet cleaning services whose process leave the carpet brittle and stiff, your process keeps the carpet soft. In addition, the office and service personnel are both friendly and courteous.
