Well the first time you guys came. The guys seemed much more positive. This time the guy told me I needed to vacu.e before he could clean. Then evidently his tank was full he wasn't sure he could do it. Lastly he said it probably wouldn't be able to get the carpet clean. Could have been cleaner, although I understand about the dog urine

The best carpet cleaning we have ever had and will continue to use Zerorez as we had tried in the past other business and nothing comes close to the clean and great feeling carpet when they are done.

Luis was a great technician. He was personable and knowledgeable. I would give him a 10 out of 10 rating.

The drying process took longer than advertised; the carpet was not dry for 12-24 hours. There was a series of three phone calls, each with a different representative from ZeroRez, to confirm the date, time and amount for the appointment. Thirdly, a large spot remained so we used Resolve to remove the spot ourselves the next morning.

We had high expectations for ZeroRez because of the personal ads we heard on KNIX. We would use ZeroRez again, but feel more informed about the process now.
