I was impressed with the great job Dylan did and how careful he was with our furniture.
The only down side was Zerorez had called two days before our carpet cleaning was to be done on Friday and the appointment was from 10:00am to 12:00 am.
On Friday morning I received a call from Zerorez and was informed that the technician that was to do our carpet was sick and my appointment would be later that from 4:00 to 6:00pm.
While people being sick sometimes happens they should have enough technicians to cover a problem like this so originial appointments could be kept.

The The guy that came out was amazing he explained everything to me in detail I totally love how the end result was it looks amazing I love using the cleaner I purchased the extra cleaner with the mop and I just love it I would highly recommend you guys to anyone I hope all of your representatives are as great as the one that came out I think his name was Steve he should be a trainer to train everybody because he's amazing

Carpet looks like new, Jeff was awesome professional and friendly. Showed up early (he called first) and was done quickly. He let me know of some good ways to take care of spills in the future.

The cost of Zerorez is considerably higher than the average carpet cleaners, so I had much higher expections of the end result. I know we had some bad pet stains, which the very worst ones were done very well ( I paid extra for the stain pretreat) however I am still seeing quite a few stains.

Be more consistent with your pricing for returning customers and easy with the up selling.

He did a good job cleaning the tile and grout, but then he left chunks of dirt on it. Did he reseal it with the dirt on top? I got a Bissell carpet cleaner and some enzymatic cleaner and have been removing the black stains on the white carpet. It's still stained but not like he left it. Also, the edges of the carpet and tile are black.

I don't want you to do anything. I will take care of it.

spots in my bedroom/computer room came back up the next morning, sadly enough I used spot shot on the stains and they have stayed away/technician was in and out of here quickly it took him longer to set up the equipment than he spent on my carpets/I didnt feel he really tried very hard was not impressed with service at all. my friend referred me and said her carpets turned out great, mine not so much

I had such a great experience with moving into my new house and getting the cleaning feeling. The workers should be able to receive tips

I love the respect in customer service that I received at every level of engaging with this company. I so much like the way you do business, I refer people to you on a regular basis. It's not just how good you do it, it's the way you do what you do so well. My 10-year-old daughter loves the way the carpet looks after you guys come. She wanted me to tell you that.

Customer service was excellent. A scheduling error was immediately remedied with a discount. Then the tech that came was courteous and professional and explained everything clearly. He sincerely made sure I was satisfied before he left. It was clear he cared about the service he provided and represented the company favorably. It was an excellent first impression and I will be a returning client.

Robert Holt arrived at the scheduled time. He reviewed the worked we desired to better understand our needs. Robert is very professional and has extensive knowledge of his work. He was very careful while preforming his work. Robert is very courteous. Once completed he instructed us in the care of our carpets and cautioned us regarding the wet surfaces. We will request Robert for all our future work.

The office staff was very courteous and help us with our needs. We received a call reminding us of the service date and a second call on the day of service to inform us of the arrival time of the Technician.

Have had Zerorez out many times and have mostly been happy with results.This time, Peter Fortune cleaned our carpets. The carpets look amazing. His worked quickly but took time to get tough spots out. He is the best cleaner we've had.
