I had hoped my area rug had come cleaner and I had hoped some of the dog urine smell had decreased since I paid a decent amount! I was told several times it might not, but this isn't the first time over the years a puppy has wet on my carpets. The treatment doesn't seemed to have helped at all.

Expected better service and attitude. Rooms rug odor is still lingering. I don't know what step was not taken for odor to go away.

The carpet was wet and seemed to have some residue. But, Kyle came back and rinsed the carpet again, taking out much of the water which helped it dry faster. We are satisfied with the results.
