My service guy. I can't remember his name was so helpful and kind. And he did a great job
I didn't feel that the sectional sofa was cleaned very well-especially for the price. There are still stains on the couch that I thought should have come out.
The carpet came out ok, but I hear ads about how great Zerorez is about getting stains out of carpet. I still have stains that should have come out or at least should look better.
The guy who did the cleaning did a very quick job and didn't clean behind any of the bedroom doors.
It wasn't worth over $300 to get the carpet and sectional cleaned.
Our carpets look great! We can't believe the difference. We would definitely have Zerorez come back.

My carpet is 17 yrs. old, and now it looks great---better than it has in years! My former type of carpet cleaning NEVER got the carpet this clean. Technician Steve did a superior job and is obviously using a superior cleaning method!! I am very pleased!! Will recommend this service to my friends here in florence. thank you Steve and ZEROREZ!
Making sure that when the is done, the customer does not have any foot/shoe prints through out the house on the freshly cleaned tile.

I don't like that the spot cleaner cost extra. We didn't have the extra money to pay for the spot cleaner and we still have pee stains on our carpet.

Can't say the same about the phone customer service before that, unfortunately. Never got the promised two-days-before call to confirm scheduling; had to call late on afternoon before scheduled service day to confirm, despite being promised early that same morning that someone would call when they finished "routing my area." In the end, happy with the service but get it together at the office, please; the only reason I rated positively was because the tech was SO good.

My wife and I decided to use Zerorez Phoenix to clean the rugs in our bedrooms and den based on radio and television commercials we heard in Denver, CO. We just moved to Phoenix and wanted to have our rugs cleaned before we completely moved into our new home in Surprise, AZ. The Rep arrived at the scheduled appointment time and first explained their process. We showed him one good sized stain in one of the carpets and he told us that he felt comfortable that he could remove it completely. He then went to work and within about an hour and a half had all the carpets completely cleaned including a final protective spray to help protect against future stains. There was no chemical odor at all and the carpets were left soft to the touch. Yes!, the earlier mentioned stain was entirely removed.
We would not hesitate to refer Zerorez to our neighbors and friends. In fact, I've already mentioned our satisfaction with their services to a neighbor of our daughter. Finally, our rep was knowledgeable, very professional, and very polite. Good job Zerorez!

I like that you don't use soap but your product still sanitizes and my carpets don't feel sticky from residue after time. I also like the protectant you use, as it's factory grade and doesn't ultimately attract dirt, etc. over time either.
After carpet dried non of the stains were gone....I wasn't expecting a miracle but I was hoping some would be gone.... Everyone that came over couldn't believe I had just had carpet cleaned.
