carpet (stairs) had not been cleaned for 6 years looks great after cleaning took a little more that 24 hours to dry but other than that GREAT !

1 the gal that took the original call was to chipper to enthusastic - I am sure you tell them to do that but it was TOTALLY OFF PUDDING TO ME!! She no longer had to sell your company she realized I had called before so I did not need her bs about your business]
2 EXTREMELY angry that you called me as promised 2 days in advance can't remember that gals name but she was APLUS! we all scheduled my appt for thur 2-4
3 RENEE called to say u were running TWO HOURS EARLY I MEAN COME ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked her to call me back in 15 minutes she did not I then had to call your company and hold for 10 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
4 the carpet cleaner was a 10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HIS NAME IS JEFF KLAUS he was expressive clear on what he could or could not do YET HE EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS 10 FOLD HE DESERVES A RAISE HE IS A SUPER STAR a 10 out of 10 A PLUS if I COULD give jeff klaus a better rating then 10 out of 10 I would yet. . . .

I WANT TO MAKE U UR AWARE ONLY REASON GIVING U a 10 is due to Jeff Klaus if I had to rate the whole experience and include # 2 and #3 above it would of been a f but did not want to hurt Jeff and his superior services skills and knowledge he killed it got rid of stains that were so old SO HAPPY WITH ONLY JEFF out of the 3 folks I delt w/ur company
My phone representative (Renee) and the man who did it (Abel) were both extremely kind! That I very much appreciate! We were just a little disappointed that the dark traffic areas didn't become a lot lighter. He showed us before even finishing the rest of first room and asked if we would like him to continue... which was nice. But by that point you would feel terrible having him leave. We have never had our carpets professionally done, I always have done with our steamer. Our dog had a big accident, why we called, all of the rooms no longer smelled by the time he came from us cleaning ourselves. The only room that still smelled was my sons. Not sure why. He asked if we would like the ---- treatment. I declined because of chemicals. That is the reason I went with you guys low or no chemicals. I run vinegar and hot water in mine... which broke day of accident of course, again why I called. Anyway I was hoping after he finished the smell would be better, unfortunately it didn't. It has been over 24 hours and the smell is still there. Not quite sure what to do at this point. Thanks!

Technician was very knowledgeable and I liked the fact that not much water is used in the cleaning process, i.e., dries much faster.
Just one minor item, when I called and made the appointment, I had to cancel and reschedule, but did not receive a reminder call and times as to when the technician would show up nor did I receive a call the day of the carpet cleaning 15 minutes prior to when we were to expect the technician.
Not happy with results of cleaning......tech said carpet fibers were worn.....I spent 3 hours working on areas that didn't come clean 2 days after he finished.. Guess what? It's 100% better than when he left. I won't use you again. :disappointed after the reviews I read and 2 people referred me to you. Carpet was just plain dirty as the water was dirty not due to worn carpet.....
Actually I spent 184.00 on a 109 3 room special.....kinda a pricey.......I would like a refund not satisfied at all......not when I had to redo it all again!

A little pricey compared to others and some stains were not removed.
Just very minor things. Kinda frustrating trying to explain different sizes of rooms, when I know the total square footage of what I want cleaned. Also when I called I had to listen on the recordings all about it how u call two days in advance for a 2 hr window. I had to call the evening before to find out. When I did there wasn't any sort of "sorry for that." Sometimes just a small acknowledgement goes a ways.
The tech was very nice and professional, he was very thorough so in that regard he deserves a 10. I was only disappointed because he could not remove the stain which I understand is not a guarantee but I was then able to remove the stain myself a few days later. I guess I was disappointed that I paid over $100 to remove a stain and ended up removing it myself.
We had Devarr Snyder and this young man was very polite and considerate of the walls while pulling the hoses through the house. Did a great job cleaning and treating the carpet. We have had Zerorez on many occasions in both of our houses and would highly recommend them. Products very efficient for our needs.
Polite, on-time and the carpets look and feel very clean...no crunchy detergent feel!
The tech came right on schedule, went over the plan with me and did a fantastic job. Gave me tips on maintaining the carpet. I had gotten in on one of the specials and the price was reasonable and affordable. The carpet was completely dry the next day Thank you Zerorez and Trey ( I think that was his name) Good job.
I will use Zerorez again.
I am grateful for a cleaning system that does not leave dirt attracting residue. Equally, I am please with the integrity of the technicians who have come to my home.

Personal are on time, polite and know their business! This was the third time they were here and the second time for zero Rez. I did not like the steam cleaning, which I had once, because the spots returned. This does not happen when I had zero Rez. I highly recommend this company!
