Service was great and the technician was on-time (early actually) and they called to ask if he could come early, so that was perfect. He was professional and did an excellent job on the carpet.
My carpets look, feel, and smell clean. They dry very fast and don't feel stiff or rough needing vaccuming to soften them. They look like they are new. The guys are prompt, friendly and waste no time. They are knowledgeable and answer all your questions about their products and the services they provide. I have used Zerorez a number of times and have always been happy with their service.

Quality of service, tech was on time.
Cleaning was done to promptly for the purchase package price. No pretreatment done unless paid xtra for the service. Stains lifting up, work only looks good when carpet is done and damp. Overall it's not satisfactory and too much inflammation is spoken about this company, not enough time invested and or to be concentrated in my opinion.

Friendly, competent, excellent service all around. What was different for me from other carpet cleaners is that the quote I was given online when I signed up was actually what I paid. Other companies bait you with low prices but have all sorts of add ons once they arrive. Our technician went above and beyond what we asked for both happily and willingly. I'm sold!
There were a couple of stains that I wish would have been able to be removed. I understand that some stains, no matter how hard they are attempted to be removed still stick but it is frustrating.

Carpets were wet over 24 hours, deodorizer sprayer kept falling of the silver sprayer not sure if it was even done. Because my hous smells horrible
