Your service is excellent. The company was recommended by a friend years ago. I had my carpets cleaned once by Zerorez but they weren't worth cleaning again. When I heard the ad that you did tile floors I was also happy to hear you could steam my cement ones. Andrew was on time, efficient and knowledgeable. He tested everything in a small spot before he actually steamed or sealed the floors. I am very pleased with the whole process.
The product is great but your tech was great as well.
Easy to use, good results
The cleaners were super friendly, helped me move my furniture( I had a newborn)! They were on time, in fact, they called and came 15 minutes early! They even used the empowered water to remove my stuck house key in the front door!They definitely went above and beyond my expectations, were super knowledgeable, and will absolutely have them back! 10 stars!👍👐
Contacted Zerorez on Thursday 07/27/17 and was unable to obtain appointment until the following Wednesday 08/02/17. Was placed on a waitlist. . .Called everyday from Saturday to Tuesday requesting to have someone come while house was still empty and before tenants fully occupied on 08/02/17. Offered to pay more, tip technician, schedule after hours, anything try to get someone to assist. Have used Zerorez (never used any other company) for over 20 years and this was the most frustrating thing as there was no one willing to help and no one willing to bother to solve a problem. It felt like I just wasn't important enough to try to find a solution and no one was willing to work extra hours do anything out of the ordinary. Always felt great about Zerorez before this. . .
It was super easy to make an appointment. Customer service is awesome and the techs are super knowledgeable and professional. Doesn't leave the carpet crunchy like other carpet cleaning companies!
We are just thrilled the way our carpets came out. James was such a nice guy and he was very professional. He didn't rush through the job and took care to not damage the hall walls.I was most concermed with the walk areas into each room but am very satisfied with the results.
I have already told my daughter about Zerorez. She is having some remodeling done and she will definitely call you when she is ready.
I will also keep in mind about having our 2 recliners done when the humidity goes away. My husband keeps remarking how good the carpets look.

everything was very good except that i have to move the furniture by myself. I am an eighty year old woman and it is almost impossible to move things by myself. i understand your side of it but I have had my carpets cleaned by many companies through the years and they all moved my furniture.

The carpets looked amazing after they cleaned them. My husband is even saying we might not have to replace them so soon, he likes the results so well. They were efficient, and thorough with their work. The chair they cleaned appears to look fresher too. Even though we had them done on the only day it seemed to rain all day in AZ, they still were almost dry at bedtime (after the 4 pm appointment.) and were totally dry by the time we got up the next day.
While couch look visibly better and cleaner, it didn't meet my expectations for smelling better, I bought this couch used, and it didn't meet my expectations to keep the couch after cleaning, I will be selling it on and going new anyways, something I was trying to avoid.
