The tech did a great job on our carpet and tile cleaning.

Your products and services are very reliable!
I thought you would be different from the other companies I have worked with in the past- but you added on the "trip charge" of $14 and NEVER mentioned it on the phone. I know the phone call is an ESTIMATE- but that is a FEE that never changes and should have been mentioned.
I also asked to have my 8 X 5 entryway rug cleaned- it had a lot of ink all over it. The service man told me he spoke with the dispatcher how replayed my initial phone call to you nad that it showed I told you it was synthetic. I don't think I told you that.
he said it would be $200 to clean the rug. I had been quoted $20. he wouldn't even try to clean it at my home so I declined to have the work done. after he left, I took a can of SPOT SHOT an the ink came out. total cost- $4.95.
I just wanted someone to try- that was disappointing.
The cleaning you did do on my other rooms was very good. That is why I might recommend you- but I have serious concerns since you charged me the dumb trip charge fee. Also- I did not give you permission to email me- could you please take me off the list.

I was very surprised how clean your employee got our carpet. I have a son that is not in good health and he is a smoker, so he goes in and out to the patio to smoke and when he returns all that dust, dirt and whatever is on his feet and the carpet was almost black. Now it looks just like it did when we moved in as this is a rental. Luis (hope that is spelled right) did a wonderful job. O' yes, the stairs are great, too. Marykay

I made my appointment online. It was for 2 chairs and an ottoman and 1 3 cushioned couch. It was to be $235....i thought that was a little high but that it would be worth a try. When the technician arrived he said I was down for 1 couch and 1 chair and ottoman... the addtional was going to be around $325. I opted out of that. Then there was the uncharge for protectant. All in all the chair/ottoman looks fine...the couch is disappointing. I do not feel as if your service is any better than past experiences and it was definitely more expensive.
