I heard about it they john jay and rich. I got a price quote over the phone. Roughly. When the technicians showed they were very helpful so the score is more based on the price in the end. I feel like it was very different then what was quoted over he phone. The results are great but for the amount of area they did I am a little shocked it cost $438! I got 2 rooms of tile, the walk way and stairs. I was told I was getting a discount which would basically cover the cleaning kit and I wouldn't need a gallon of thisnother stuff so it would be less. I was charged not only the full amount. It more than what I was told. I was under the impression is was $50 not $75 and again less because it was such a small area it wouldn't be a full gallon needed. I can't imagine what the rest of my house would be carpet or not. In the end the results are great and needed to be done but just for how much I spent for literally one level of my house just seems to steep to do on a yearly basis like what was recommended.

Great job, just blown away at the 700$ bill... didnt even get the whole house done for that cost... none the less, great job.. floors dried fast.. the associate was nice muy wife says, didn't get home till when he finished.
