Our service person was very nice and also professional. He was thorough but also did not take up a lot of unnecessary time. He also knew exactly what the problem was with a re-accoring stain (wicking) and explained what to do to keep it from coming back.
We are extremely satisfied with Zerorez and we plan to have you back once or twice a year to keep our carpets looking great.

Nothing to improve was fine

Carpet looks great.

My carpet cleaning service was great and the tech, Luis, was efficient and thorough. My problem was with the scheduling process. I scheduled my appointment for Tuesday 7/25/17 because that was my day off from work. Somehow this was lost in translation. When I didn't get an appointment reminder, two days before my appointment, I called Zerorez to confirm and was informed that my appointment was scheduled for Wednesday 7/26/17. I was informed that someone would give me a follow up call regarding this issue, but I never heard from anyone. I rescheduled and again didn't receive a reminder call which I was told I would. I checked my messages on both my home and cell phones and never received calls on either phone. I've used your business before, but have not had issues like this in the past. It was slightly disappointing because your company has always been so professional. I will try again in the future, hopefully receiving better customer service.

Both service and timeliness were great very professional and did a great job very pleased

The man who service our carpets was great. He did a good job and was professional. We never heard from the company before our service and so I called the same day and they gave me the wrong time for a service window and the carpet cleaner showed up an hour earlier than what I was told.

Did not clean as expected. All the hype and advertisement from Tim & Ben who highly recommend you and "if you're not completely satisfied, will come back, etc. etc." I have had many carpet cleaners and decided to choose Zerorez from the positive advertisement, but again, this is just another false advertisement and very disappointed comparing Zerorez with other carpet companies I have used, as the smell is still there and being charged an exuberant charge should have got the smell out and everything cleaned 100%. Will not recommend Zerorez and the false advertisement needs to stop playing on 102.5 KNIX!
