Awful service, awful prices! I accommodated your schedule only to be told your prices are for bedrooms, kitchen & family area... I have someone coming to look at the work, which was only satisfactory fir $482.0! I asked "cody to get me this Team leader or Manager and he told me that's the price and there is NO negotiating!!!my house is all tile...he wanted extra fir EVERYTHING, at one point he had my estimate up to 700.00, really!!!!
I'm in hopes we can fix this, in the best interest of both of us!

I have had Zerorez do my carpets i think this is the 2nd or 3rd time and I am always pleased with the result. I would have liked to have availed myself of the extra's like the Scotchguard and the empowered water but being on a strict budget not possible this time. Maybe you should offer a senior discount for those of us that have to watch our pennies but still want clean carpets. On another note the technician that came Steve was wonderful and I could tell he really enjoys what he does. Very personable and professional.. I would definetly ask for him on my next cleaning.

Very expensive. Tyrone was super. I paid more to have an area rug cleaned and 2 runners than the advertised price to clean 3 rooms! Ridiculous.
This is the second time I have used Zerorez. Each time the service has been exceptional. The technician was early for our appointment, was professional, helpful and very diligent in removing all visible stains. My carpets are clean and look GREAT!

Not sure if your techs are over worked or that he was having a bad day, but our experience was less than acceptable. Sorry but I doubt I will ever use zerorez again. Just a bad experience with face to face. Your phone people are awesome
We were so happy with our grout cleaning and carpet cleaning!! We will be using Zerorez from here on out!!!! The best customer service and the product is amazing!
Smaller rooms should not cost the same as larger rooms

I use the cleaning fluid on our tile floors weekly and find it works very well.
He wasn't here very long and didn't do as good as the job that we had before. Think he had too many jobs to do and was in a hurry. Really liked the first time the best. Very conscientious about his work and you could tell he loved it. This one wanted to get in and get out. Sorry, as I initially was referred by my daughter in Las Vegas. She had her whole house done, e.g. floors and carpet. The quality out here doesn't even come close to their standards. My grandson had his done in Buckeye, and he was disappointed too. These kids measure so they don't go any further than they are supposed to. You get what you give I guess.
