On time service and actually clean the carpets.
The technician was on time and friendly; he took care of our floors - wearing shoe coverings and putting corner guards where he would be working. We are very pleased with how our carpets turned out - they look cleaner now than when we moved in!
animal smell is still there. awesome service by the technician....but replacing the carpet should have been recommended or a discussion...and based upon how the carpet still smells, that is what I will end up doing. this money was wasted unfortunately. life happens. the technician was wonderful and he did a good job...the "replacement" discussion should have happened though.
I thought the grout would be much cleaner with the natural chemicals that were used in areas of the floor. With that said, I was changing the grout color anyway and it worked out in the end.
My carpets look very clean and dont have any soap residue plus the tech cleaning person was excellent.
I appreciated the promptness and efficiency of Jeff, your tech. He did a great job answering our questions and had good info on caring for our carpet. We will call your company again the next time we need the carpet cleaned.

It seemed to get my carpets cleaner then other companies I have tried and they came back for a retreat for no cost. My pet had an accident and they also got it out!!!

They called me to see if I had any questions after I began to book an appointment online. I had stopped making the appointment when the online calendar didn't have anything open in the next few days. She was able to get me an appointment the next day, which was great!
I had been wanting to try zerorez for a while, even though other providers were quoting half the price for their services. My couches dried quickly, there was no annoying fragrance, so overall I'm satisfied, except for being pretty pricey.

appointment and got right to business. First he took time to explain your process and how
all natural products are used for the cleaning. Then he got right to work with the cleaning my carpets. He was very efficient and took the time he explained it would take to get the job done.

The carpet looks good and seemed to dry fairly quickly but we will wait to see what the long-term results are. If the results are good, we will recommend the company to our friends. The representative who did the cleaning was very professional and had a nice personality.
