Your technician arrived prompt, very early actually. He was very friendly and professional. However, there seemed to be a miscommunication between your office and him. My appointment was scheduled between 2-4pm, he showed up around 11 or 11:30.
We did rush home so he wouldn't have to wait long. The work was done quickly and the carpets were left looking renewed.

I like the service and how quickly the carpets dry
Service provider was on time, walked the area with me and quoted the additional charges for the hall. Went right to work and finished very quickly. Alerted us to the slip danger on the tile and confirmed dry time needed.
