The technician was very professional and did an excellent and proficient job. This is the second time we have used ZeroRez and we love how the carpets come out and without using harsh chemicals and leftover soapy residue left in the carpets. I highly recommend ZeroRez over other carpet cleaning companies.
Communication with customers should be frequent and concise. I had to call a number of times to get a status on my rug, and although everyone was courteous, sometimes the conversations were too drawn out and i didn't always receive the callbacks i was told would occur.
Not only has the service been great, but Tyrone and Eric went the extra mile this last visit. Thank you both for your extra efforts.

Carpets look beautiful which was quite a feat since they are over 13 years old. Tech was on time and polite.

Let's start with the fact that everyone in the office is polite and efficient. Next, the time set for arrival is the time the truck gets here. Then the carpets, tile or whatever else is to be cleaned is done quickly and efficiently. And lastly the carpets stay spot free for a much longer period than other cleaning companies used in the past.
To start off, they got there 30 minutes early. That was great! Hayden and his new partner were great! Great guys! It was almost embarrassing how bad my stairs were, but the guys took the job and ran with it and was done in about 20 minutes. Oh I can't believe the difference! Love it! Loved them! Will definitely call on move out day!!

I like the fact no chemicals are used, and techs use shoe covers - very clever, thank you! It's how it supposed to be, but i've never seen other company using those.
Perfect customer service and communication, no hidden charges - if you know your measurments, you pay exactly what you were given as an estimate over the phone. My techs were Trey and Mitch. They were on time and very proffecional, friendly and respectful. They know what they are doing and will answer any questions you may have. My carpet dried within 5-6 hours as promissed, and looks clean. Not like brand new, but when your carpet is old and thin, it's a common sense - you can't expect it to look like brand new. I had a few lighter spots that were my main cocern, but techs were honest that this is bleach and won't come out. They also explained something i didn't know - many carpet cleaning products/sprays contain bleach. So, be careful what you buy and use, you might be destroying your carpet without even knowing, and once the color is ruined, even a magician can't recover it:) Good and professional job Trey and Mitch, thank you guys! Great company, very professional! I would highly recomend, and will never use anyone else!
The carpet cleaning and cleaning of the tile floor was great. The price was also good, but the cost to have two side chairs cleaned was way too expensive. ($120.00) and it probably took about 15 minutes to clean both chairs.

The service was amazing! First of all, I would like to answer some of the questions that were asked when I went online to get the Summary and Invoice. I had said that the carpet had been cleaned maybe a year ago--it was more like two years ago. The carpet protectant was applied for the first time. No pets! Things were spilled on the carpet and there were plenty of spots for them to clean. I had to have new cabinets put in due to a leak from the upstairs bathroom to the kitchen below; therefore, it required that the cabinets be replaced. There was much traffic on the downstairs carpet and many spots were left. I always used Zerorez on any stains that I encountered and it was very effective. However, with all the recent traffic of workers, it was not looking good, to say the least. The two people you sent to me were fantastic and very thorough in their challenging task! Devarr and Rob were very congenial and dedicated to making my very used carpets looking like new!! The next time I have to use your service, I will definitely request these guys! Super great! Absolutley loved everything from start to finish. I take pride in using eco friendly cleaning products so I was excited to use your services to clean our carpets before selling our home. I was AMAZED, by how great the carpets turned out, they looked brand new !
