Prices for hallways on tile is crazy......and I was under the impression when you left carpet would be dry not 8hrs later....good thing I didn't do every room my house would be so humid it would of been ubnbearable ....

He worked efficiently. He never oversold or pressured me into service not wanted. He did explain and ask if I was interested in protectors for carpet and the water for home use. Once I said no thank you, he didn't push.

The customer service was great, everyone was very professional. I was disappointed in the results. I had realistic expectations that the traffic stains would not come out completely but thought the carpet would be clean. My husband used our Hoover carpet cleaner afterwards and came up with two tanks of dirty water so it seems that the carpet was not well cleaned. We could have gotten the same results ourselves.
Our carpets look brand new again. We love that there is no residue and the how quickly the carpet was dry again. The technidians are very professional and a pleasure to have in our home. Kudos to Charlie!
We moved into a new house with tile floors that looked like they had not been cleaned in years. After Zerorez did their thing, it was confirmed that the tiles had not been cleaned in years. The tile looks as good as new now and we're ready to move into our sparkling clean home!

Zerorez cleaned our extremely dirty tile very well. It had been 10 years since we had it cleaned, but it looks great!! Also the rep was very nice and polite and efficient. The entire cleaning did not take much over an hour.

Areas close to walls or objects are still dirty & look bad. Actually makes my kitchen floor look worse to me. And two areas look damaged.
I like the work that he did but when he started the second rug the machine broke down and he was unable to finish.Even though he did not charge me I feel the job was not complete and an additional schedule date should have followed even if it was just a small rug.
The office in N. Phoenix was very clean and the gentleman was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. The home office was very efficient and pleasant, she explained everything ,cost and timeline. The company adhered to every detail discussed. The one carpet they couldn't get clean to there standards so it was free. Their pricing was very fair and they did an awesome job.

The technician was friendly and did a great job cleaning a very dirty carpet. He put out bumpers to protect the corners of walls and furniture as he pulled the hose through the house. He also put covers on his shoes when he went back in to put away his equipment. He did a thorough job cleaning the couch. The carpet and sofa look great!

I loved it! Tile and Carpet were cleaned, no weird smell lingering like most carpet cleaners leave. The carpet didn't feel stiff after it dried and the tile just looks so much cleaner. AMAZING staff, extremely helpful and told us what to expect before starting.
