On time, nice job. Even helped with some items that needed to be moved around during cleaning. Clean carpet no smelly chemicals when they finished. Tile and grout look good too after it dried. Yes I would call them again if I need floor cleaning services.

have had a ton of people clean my floors and one in particular has been my go to business until now.... zerorez phoenix, you all rock. No smell like a wet dog after carpets dry, my 3 year old carpets are revived! I had truck Leonardo, great technician who worked feverishly to complete all the carpet throughout my whole house!! 5 star service, Early for the appointment and a fair price! Thank you Zerorez! I will recommend them to everyone!

Carpet looks and feels clean only in the area he did. Alot of areas in bedrooms weren't even gone over and that's all I had done. Bedrooms only and 173.00 is over priced.

I like having a 2 hour window for service and the reminder call when the tech is leaving the prior call.
Scheduling times. When I initially made my appointment I advised the agent of my time constraint and was notified that my appointment would be first thing in the morning.
Then I received the one week confirmation call which said my appointment time would be significantly later and would come close to affecting my other engagement.
I like the idea of fewer chemicals, less drying time & how clean the carpet feels! The customer service is excellent and everyone has always been very professional and friendly.
