Technitian was very professional, friendly, and did a thorough inspection before cleaning my carpet. I am very pleased with the service your company provided.

The results were great. The men were prompt, professional, pleasant and had friendly personalities,and they were careful around furniture and doorways.
There was one area that didn't clean up as well as expected. I failed to point it out prior to the cleaning. I do like the system and will call again when the need arises. I did purchase an extra service based upon the technician's recommendation.
Your on-line ad implied your cleaning system can take care of pet accident marks on the carpet. I don't recall it saying anything about there being an extra $40 fee PER ROOM to do this. Also your fee to clean a chair is high. I was charged $60 and Stanley Steemer is $40. Your ad also says something about the carpets being dry by the time the kids get home from school--NOT--it took almost 24 hours as with other professional deep cleaners.
Having only 1 man do the entire job took a lot of time. Other cleaning services send 2 men and it's much more efficient.
But my biggest complaint is that you will not help move any furniture. This is a problem for people who are older, live alone or have physical limitations.
Stanley Steemer advertises that they will move you furniture, and put it on foam blocks when they're done to let the air circulate underneath.
The bottom line for me is that I repeatedly heard your ad on the radio driving around-took a chance to try someone new and it didn't work out. As you can tell, I get a lot more done with Stanley Steemer for less money and will go back to them.
I was truly satisfied with the results of my carpet. I was hoping to be one of the free customers chose to have paid. But your services was truly outstanding. Your employee was very respectful. Thank you so much and yes I do and would recommend your services to anyone.

I like knowing there will be no detergent residue left in the fabric or carpet. Things will stay cleaner for a longer period of time if there are no detergents to trap dirt.
The employees are pleasant and professional. The process was explained clearly and there were no surprises in cost.

The edges of some of the tile(where it meets carpet) under the kitchen cabinets seem to have been missed. But where it was cleaned it's awesome!
Carpet is fine. It's old and worn and I believe it looks the best it can.
We have always received very polite service when they come ... The carpets don't stay drenched like other companies that have cleaned our carpets, carpet seem to be totally dried within an hour . Looks great after they are finished

Both of the guys were great. Floors cleaned up beautiful as usual.
Felt that our rugs are truly clean.
Todd came out to give us the quote and see if they could do our floors and area rug as well. He was great. He said yes they could and redid the quote and took measurements.
Aaron (I think is his name) the technician, was on time and courteous when he got here. The carpets look great, as always. However, we were not so pleased with the results on the floor and area rug. There is still a dirt line on the edge of the area rug. When Aaron was finished, I took a look and the floor was extremely streaked with dirt still and he had not even done the edges of the floor around the area rug as we spoke about. He seemed like he wanted to go.
I asked him to please redo a little part of the carpet and also the floors again because they were not acceptable. This is when he started to tell me that the carpet we have is bad and doesn't clean well because of the pattern.
I had to help lift the area rug in order for him to do the areas he had never done. When I made the comment that there seemed to be an extraordinary amount of water on the laminate floors, he said that that was because he had to for the dirt and that they don't really do floors.
The floors look a lot better now. There were still streaked, but I did not want him to put any more water on them as I was afraid the water would damage the flooring.
Overall the job was okay, but I just got the feeling he did not want to do any extra cleaning to make sure we were happy and had a negative remark when I asked him to redo an area.
We will continue to use your company, but request to not have Aaron back out again.
