Although the carpet was clean, it was also a little "stiff" (crunchy) after the cleaning.

Service was fast and it's been 24 hours and there is no smell. The previous cleaning service promised no smell and it smelled for days.

I have used Zerorez for a few years now and am very happy with their service.
I like that there is no chemical residue left on the carpet. Our carpets looked brand new again! Stains were removed in areas that we didn't think would come out.
I got a quote online to clean the carpet and tile from a home I had just moved out of, the online quote was misleading and when the serviceman arrived I was offered a price that was about $220 more than I expected, so today instead of trying to relax on my one day off I cleaned the tile myself as I just moved and am low on funds. The carpets look great, but the online pricing was misleading or at least confusing. Still though the work on the carpets was done quickly and looks great, so I'll give you that

Professional technician and a very clean carpet!
I had an appointment set, but when I told the service rep that I was having carpet installed the following Friday, he told me that it would be better if I had the tile cleaned afterwards. He called right then to see if I could change my appointment to the following week. I was set. The next rep that came was very personable also and started work right away. When there was an issue getting the tile clean in the kitchen, he explained that I could stop there and there would be no charge. He wanted me to be happy with the job done. He had tried 3 different brushes to get it clean but couldn't. I appreciated that he explained it to me and that he was willing to walk away after doing the work that he'd already done. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone needing their tile cleaned.

The scheduling process was very easy and I know up front with the estimate how much to expect to pay. The cleaning tech was on time, knowledgeable and courteous. Carpets look amazing! I will absolutly use Zerorez in the future to clean my tile!
When Dylan was done my carpets were so clean they almost looked brand new. Just wish they could stay looking that way a bit longer.

The tech broke a trim piece off of our table in the entry way. He argued with my sister and said it was loose and just fell off. I was dissapointed he broke something and then lied about it when I spent $200 for an 1 hr and 15 minutes of his time. I've used you in the past and have been very satisfied. This experience has made me decide to probably use someone else in the future.
Easy scheduling, good correspondence with confirmation of appointment, technician on time and thorough in the job. Didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary items.
