The service was excellent and the tech was great. Had one spot that didn't come out completely but we used the empowered water he sold us and POOF, gone. Glad we did this with this company. Other companies we used dumped the dirty water either in our yard or in the street, not this company.

My 3 carpeted rooms were cleaned 8-28-17. The technician (Tyrone) was on time, very polite, knowledgeable and explained every step within the cleaning process. The carpets looked great, the very dark traffic patterns were successfully removed. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to everyone. From scheduling to completion of the job, I was very impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of everyone I spoke to at Zerorez !!

I knew that it was going to be more money for the pet stains.....just didn't realize it would be over $400. more. Thought that was pretty high for 2 rooms.

I was quoted one price on the phone and when they came into my house the price was extremely higher then what was quoted.

Everything was amazing and the customer service to bar none the best we have experienced. The product is safe for people and animals and my house never smells like chemicals or fake fragrances when all is said and done!

The young man was very kind. There are still stains where the dog had peed, it smells when you walk into the room. There where oil or grease stains on the rug, that are still visible in places, we paid extra for the treatment and I wish I didn't. The most annoying issue I have is the smell of dog urine in the room. What you can do to make it right, is clean the carpet again and treat the dog urine with something that will remove the smell. If this is unable to happen, then return my money. Thanks Nancy Last name removed
