I am still waiting to hear back from your company regarding an incident that occurred during our carpet cleaning service. The technician did a great job however, damage had occurred to a piece of my furniture and he made a report but I still haven't heard back from the company. It's been over a week and I still haven't heard anything. Disappointed but I will be contacting someone this week.
We had Zerorez come clean my carpets and while they were here, the technician did a Zerorez challenge on my tile. Wow! It made it look brand new! I scheduled them to come back out to do my tile next week. I'm so excited! My house is going to feel like a new home!
My wife was very disappointed how the carpet turn need out. Very spoty.

Quick scheduling however, be mindful that the quote may change once the Technician gets to your home. Not the tech's fault - the office could use a bit more training in "estimating" the job.
