They were very friendly and did a good job
The grout did not come as clean as I had hoped. The before and after is very nominal. I really can't see a visible difference. If it truly can't come clean, I'm ok with that. What I'm absolutely not ok with is that the technician talked my husband into sealing the grout. So not only did it increase the expense dramatically, he sealed in dirty grout!
Loved the service, my carpeting looks new and it has been n my house for 15 years! Peter, the tech that did the cleaning, is an absolutely fabulous fellow. Courteous, friendly, efficient, and professional. Thank you Zerorez!

My Technichian Louis was awesome! He took his time to explain to me all that I was concerned about. He was very polite, efficient and on-time. He did a great job with the entire upstairs carpet and stairwell. The carpet looks great. Thanks so much for a great experience.

The price of the service increased substantially after the tech was actually at the first home we had scheduled. I kind of feel that I was up sold quite a few services that were not discussed and decided when making the reservation. I have another home scheduled to be serviced next week and I am afraid of what the bill is going to actually be.
