The professionalism of your staff and the end result of the job.
I had issues when the technician came out the first time (this past Tuesday). I spoke to a very nice woman (your customer service is wonderful) but she said she would send a new technician out the next day to re-clean our home (both stone and carpet). The SAME technician arrived yesterday, admitted that he just used water to clean the stone, not what I expected after paying $529!
He then seemed irritated that I wanted him to re-clean the floor with a solution. I then asked him to re-clean the bedroom floors with the solution that the woman on the phone described. He told me he was just going to clean the two spots, I said no I would like the bedrooms re-cleaned as there were quite a few spots that did not come clean the first time. He again seemed irritated, proceeded to give me a little attitude and walked in the other room "to assess what he needed to do". I then felt very uncomfortable, so I told him to do what he feels he needed to do and I headed back to work. After the carpets had dried, they smell horrible! After the first cleaning, they didn't smell but after he came and "re-cleaned them", our carpets smell terrible! The stone looks a little better than it did with just the water but still nothing like your advertisements say. I have had our stone cleaned many times by professional stone cleaning companies and have been satisfied every time, I have never had to call a flooring company back out or file a complaint, as I have with your company.
Also, he charged me an extra $25 to remove a larger stain (this is completely acceptable, I had no issue with this). However, yesterday I showed him where he had cleaned and told him that the carpet was crunchy. He then rubbed his hand in an area near it (not where I had pointed) and said I don't feel anything. Myself, my husband and my children have all felt it, as it is right in the walkway. I assumed after him "re-cleaning" the carpets yesterday that it would go away, instead it is still there.
I am still HORRIBLY unsatisfied with your services in the field, your phone customer service is great (minus the fact that you sent the SAME technician to my home). I would NEVER pay that kind of money again for the cleanings that I received. While my carpet now looks clean, it smells worse after the second cleaning than it did after the first!!!

Cleans well
Dave was an excellent tech and did a great job on the majority of the house. I have white area rug that was cleaned and one portion was covered by the couch. You can see where the area rug is dirty but after cleaning it, it was not clean and you could still see the dirt. I had one spot that I had cleaned prior with only hot water and scrubbing and it is whiter than the home rug that was cleaned by your company. The couch was removed for cleaning and the whole rug could be done which it was, I just guess I thought it would be cleaner.
Your prompt, efficient, congenial, fairly priced. do excellent work, friendly & knowledgeable personnel. This is our 3rd or 4th rug cleaning, we will continue using ZeroRez.

I am very chemically sensitive, and I appreciate the solution you use. it also dried quickly even thought the weather was humid. Both the techs who came to our home (one recently and one a couple years ago) were friendly and efficient.

Efficient good job. Came back to do a little tile grout touch up next day. I think sealers and protective applications should be included in price. The entire job took 1 hr. 15 minutes and total price was over $300.

I had the funniest experience with my last cleaning with Zerorez...when I set up the appointment I requested Eric who I thought was Jeff. They said Eric is no longer in the field...I was sad. Then when I pulled up to my house I said "Hi Jeff! I requested you and they said you are no longer in the field." He said you requested Eric. I had no idea why I said Eric and meant Jeff but I was so excited to see Jeff because he has cleaned my carpets a couple other times and does a great job (I'm sure the empowered water they use at Zerorez helps him do such an incredible job cleaning my carpets ;-) Again...Jeff did not disappoint!! Love this company and would, and do recommend it to everyone looking to get their carpets cleaned!!

The guy (Jared) that came out to my house was very nice and professional. He answered all of my questions and I was able to add a few extra items to what I had cleaned which was great!
