They always make our floors look great, especially with the mess a dog makes.

Overall our service was good. A main reason we scheduled was for a pet urine removal. The first treatment didn't help, so we had a repeat treatment that required an additional $75 treatment and we still noticed a mild lingering smell. I'd use zerorez again for general cleaning but not likely for this type of deep cleaning.

Great product and service. I always keep a large jug of zerorez water on hand to use in my small rug doctor for emergencies and to fill spray bottles. It works for a variety of uses.

Trey was amazing. Took time to explain everything to us. He even took time to speak with my husband on the phone when things were looking to be more expensive. While cleaning the tile he sent a before and after pick. One look and we knew we had to do all the tile. No problem! He stayed late and did great work!

Your products are great and your service personnel are even greater! The personal touch makes a huge difference. They are willing to go the extra mile by actually asking for your input about the cleaning job before they even begin. And then they do their best to meet that goal, even if it means taking extra time or care in a particular area. I have used Zerorez many times and I have always been met with polite and professional service staff. They always offer helpful recommendations or other available services, but I have never felt pressured by up-selling techniques. In short, while Zerorez is the same spelled forward and backward, so too is their service ... Wow! ... the same forward and backward!
