Cleaned well, technician very professional

I understand that some stains are difficult to get out, but it did not look like much of an improvement on our floors. Also, there as a filmy residue on the tile around the grout. Had to have floors mopped.

I liked the promptness, the products used on my carpets, and the results. Super lean, no left over dirty spots.

Nothing was moved to clean under unless I specifically asked them to. My husband's chair was very dirty with stains and dirt and so was the carpet around his chair. I had to ask them to clean under the chair. When I vacumn, I always move and my vacumn picks up a lot of dirt.
My closet is small and gets walked on every day but I had to ask them to open the door and clean the carpet inside. With the amount of carpet not being cleaned under my queen size bed, this is a small area to add and should be done automatically in my opinion.
My job ended up being over $500.00 because I had carpet, 2 chairs and a couch cleaned so those little extras were expected on my part. The techs were both very nice and were careful. I only chose to scotchgard my hall and family room but they added my bedroom at no cost which was nice.

The technician explained that several stains needed deeper extraction but said he would try his best to get the stains out. The carpet looks no different after. He had me sign a form basically saying I wouldn't try to get these removed as part of the service guarantee which I felt was a passive way to get out of the home quickly. Stains and regular spots remain and the service wasn't what it was in the past. In the past zerorez has been a go to for carpet cleaning but after my experience last week I'll seek others out before contacting you guys.

Cleaning green, prompt service, & very nice

I love that I can have it scheduled once per month, but it is suppose to be the first week of the month and they are suppose to call me the day before or the day of to remind me so I can remind my staff. But they never do and than I feel like the store isn't ready for them. SO that is at the moment my only complaint! Thank you Tracey

No residue, professional service

When I scheduled the appointment, I asked for two bathrooms which contained tile to be cleaned in addition to the rooms of carpet. When the tech arrived and we did the walk thru he asked if I wanted the tile resealed because it wasn't on the work order. I said it wasn't offered over the phone and I said yes I wanted the stone tile sealed afterwards. He said he needed to call the office and when he came back in he provided an excuse of his bottle of sealer being contaminated and he wouldn't be able to seal it. He then added that since it couldn't be sealed he shouldn't clean the tile because it wouldn't be "protected". It really didn't seem like he wanted to clean the stone tile in the bathrooms. I even offered to meet someone from your office halfway to pick up a bottle of sealer. I was disappointed because I removed all the items from the floor in preparation for the tile cleaning and also because we were entertaining soon. He did clean 2 bedrooms and 3 area rugs for me and did a good job. He was a nice technician and what he did do was acceptable. It is disappointing that I have to reschedule to have the bathroom floors done .

First of all, they were very professional. I like the idea of no harsh chemicals and they did a great job on the carpets after a couple of very bad carpet cleaners came in and left a lot of soap residue.

Your technicians are so friendly and knowedgible. Feels like a family type service. The cleaning is so good and we have had unusual problems. So glad I saw your ad on TV! Will always call you as well as recommend!
