Very good and professional staff and great job cleaning!
Very efficient, clean and did the job very well.
The hose that went across my front lawn killed the grass where it was set and now I have a brown snake shape in the grass. When I had my carpets done last year in my kids bedrooms they came pretty much clean. The female technician did a great job and was able to remove a few high traffic soiled areas. I did not have them sprayed with a stain repellant because I do not like chemicals in my home. She also did not need to do any special stain removing to the areas. This time there were some traffic marks that were no worse than what was removed last year that did not come up near my sons bed. I originally just thought that it was just dirt that would not come up but then started to just think maybe they were not worked on well enough because when I went to clean my baseboards before putting everything back there was a lot of dog hair on the carpet where the floor meets the wall. The machine you have does not get all the way to the wall. The technician this time was not rude in any way and was very pleasant. Im just not sure the job was done to the same degree as it was about a year ago. I also did not have any problems last year with the hoses killing my grass.
Awesome service! From the phone conversations with dispatch to the friendly technician. The technician was professional and knowledgeable; he explained everything and had our best interests in mind.
Technician was thorough and courteous.
The service took 5 hours. I totally get the there were holes in the hoses but the technician did nothing to clean up the water and I had a lake I'm my living room. He also did not check for water damage or even wipe down the walls. I do appreciate the discount that was given for the time but not a positive experience by far.

I loved the technician and his cool Phoenix Suns Van!!! I had never had anyone put the corner protectors through out the house prior to this. The carpets came out really nice. It took a bit longer to dry than I was expecting but all in all great experience.
Appointment was changed. Technician was friendly. Carpets done 7/10.
The entire process was easy - Kyle came in, looked at the carpet and gave his honest opinion on what needed to be done. There was no pressure to add services - wow! The carpet looks and smells great!

Everything that is advertised is true! Clean, fresh and dries quick!
Tile did not come clean at all...was still sticky stuff left behind from kids. Grout did not change color a bit. Not an exaggeration, complete waste of money..
Carpet did come out decent..just about as clean as any other company would get it..upside was that carpet dried fast and was not crunchy at all! I liked that for sure. I recommend 0rez for carpet but not tile cleaning...
Phone rep spoke very highly out the predicted outcome. However the tech was a realist and told me exactly what to expect..im greatfull for him but felt decieved by phone rep. I'll hold off on posting my review online till i hear back from your company.

The carpet looks great! The technician did a great job. We were not prepared for how long the carpet remains damp. Would suggest warning customers ahead of time. We would have prepared for it had we know.
Your service technician was very informative and professional, was very honest about what he might be able to get clean and what he might not be able to get clean. In the end the stain was removed that I wanted removed from the carpet.
