Easy to set an appointment. Tech's were there on time. They did a great job & the carpeting looked very nice when they were done. Easy to pay after the work was done. Would gladly ask Zerorez for future carpet cleaning.

I'm a repeat customer because of the attention to detail and importance your company puts on customer satisfaction. Although this last scheduled appointment started off a little bumpy. There was some mix up with the address and what technician was scheduled for the appointment. The person at the office appeared to go above and beyond to still get a crew to my home within the scheduled window. The team that did the work were fantastic. They were professional, friendly and wanted to make sure I was happy with the work they did.

I was very pleased with the work that Aaron did. My sofa was clean and smells fresh. The rug he sprayed with an odor reducer was not as fresh smelling. It's better but does still have an odor.
Cleaned up spots easily and dried in 24 hours. Nice Technician.
