You did a great job cleaning my carpets, i understand the company prides itself on using different chemicals that being said if i have to go through the same amount of carpet/chemical education and ongoing need of my attention with sales pitch and questions i will never use zero rez again i simply want someone to come in get the job done leave me alone and leave! Of course i expect a few questions and options and upgrades offered but get to the point no one is as passionate about carpet as you are i just want the work to get done and handle my business. The technician was so very friendly i just didn't sign up for the amount of time and attention his presence took out of my day. I'm positive most people would feel the same way. JUST CLEAN MY CARPETS charge me and leave next time :)
Trey was wonderful, polite, knowledgeable and stayed on task.
My complaint was w the scheduler for his day. My neighbor and I made appointments for the same day on (Thurs) for this last Mon and the 2 appts were then scheduled on Mon as 2 hours apart. My "window" was 8-10 and hers was 12-2. Luckily Trey could see how ridiculous the timing was and he made arrangements for himself to just go ahead and do my neighbor's carpet while he was already here w all his equipment out instead of waiting for a different person. Please please plan better when neighbors make appointments.
Just FYI my neighbor was ready to cancel her service if Trey hadnt stepped up to the plate and said he would go ahead and do it while he was here.

The guy that came to help me tried a lot and was helpful. I had 4 problem areas that still smell and are not clean(dog accident). Rest of the carpet looks great though

Actually came early but called first, very professional.
That tech was wonderful, I just personally feel that the carpet was not gone over enough in front of the door in the back bedroom because it's brand new carpet and it looks awful and of course I wasn't standing there when he finish that room off really quickly that's the disappointment I have and then in front of my chair in the living room I don't feel was gotten it adequately other than that the job was great needs to be redone
The young man who cleaned my tile floors was very polite, courteous and very professional. He explained everything that he was going to be doing and this proved to me that he was very knowledgeable about the product used to clean my floors. He didn't leave until he knew that I was satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend Zerorez to my friends and family.
I like how friendly the guys have always been and how prompt they are. I like how the carpet looks when they are done.
