I'm not the type to complain and never have, You would of never heard from me but know that you sent the request I will tell you. First of all I had heard from friends that Zerorez was not a good tile cleaning company as far as carpets well that's another story for another day. The technician right from the get go started saying that he could probably not get the floor clean. He tried one spot and it was ok at best so I said go ahead, He cleaned it or so I thought he did honestly he left it worse. I didn't say anything but inside of me I said what a bad job. There was splashing of some king from the machine he was using all over the baseboards and the refrigerator.

When I first called Zerorez gave me a quote of about 119.00 when the technician was done he quoted me a price of 165.00. I looked at him and said for this so he looks at me and said hold on. He went out to his van for a while comes back in and said ok 100.00. I paid the man and said thank you. My wife came home from work saw it and said I hope they didn't charge us. I am retired US Army retired of 21 years I don't complain ever after what I have seen in other countries we are so lucky to live here. That said my wife spoke to other companies and was told that they get a lot of customers saying that Zerorez left their tile worse weather or not that's true I will never know. We called another company had it cleaned and it looks almost knew I understand i'm not going to get it new again but it was a whole lot better looking than Zerorez im sorry to say. Thank you for asking for my opinion and or comments.

The tech toke his time to do the best job he knew how. It's at lest twice as good as the job Sears' tech did less then 10 months ago. I'm very impressed. Thanks!

Tech was great! Did a nice job of removing dirt.

Carpets look great! Fast and courteous service.

We have had zerorez come twice now and the first guy definitely did a better job!!! It looked brand new when he was done. This last time it still looked better than it was.

The service was amazing. They were earlier than expected, but it was worth it. My carpets look brand new.

We are satisfied with the services provided and will recommend it to my friends and family.

I called hoping to get quick service. I was able to get same day service. Work to be performed along with the different options and costs were explained wonderfully by Teddy. The technician (Charlie) contacted me and explained what my options were once he was at the house. He did a wonderful job. So thankful that I was able to leave a key in a lockbox with a code and he was able to get it, do the work, and lock the door to the house. Wonderful service. Will be using again. Will recommend to all friends and family.

Dillon was an amazing tech. He was able to clean our carpets despite the fact that we have rescue dogs who are oftentimes difficult to potty train.

This was our third time using your service and when writing a check you want our identification written on the check yet you're well aware of where we live and have never failed to pay.

This is getting a little insulting and will be looking for another service that's not quite so suspicious of our ability to pay.
