We love the outcome of the carpet cleaning. The carpet is worn rental property, but it looks the best it can. Everyone from the person that sets up the appointment to Travis our carpet cleaner was personable and courteous. We will definitely use Zerorez again. The product and the prices cannot be beat.
Very friendly techs
Your technician is phenomenal! I feel he did the impossible by bringing our carpet back to the original color...no demarcation line where the area rug was. The natural solution was so much better than having chemicals added to the carpet. We have two small dogs and they were not affected at all.
Rob, really enjoys his job and it was a joy having him in our home. He was knowledgeable and thorough... really considered the age of the carpet... impressive! I will continue to use zerorez, especially if we could have Rob as our technician again! 🤗

Excellent job cleaning very dirty carpet and chairs!
Representative was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and very informative.
The carpets are not "soaked" so that it takes at least a day to dry. There is no chemical smell after - since there are no chemicals used, therefore the carpet does not soil as quickly even in high traffic areas.
i have never had to move furniture myself. There was no protection put under the legs of wood furniture. The floor was not cleaned or sealed completely. I took the dog for a ten minute walk and the guy was packed up and gone when I got back. No way he completed the job.

the tile cleaning process did not remove the drywall powder from the tile grout. maybe 20% was removed. During the cleaning the water hose broke sending hot water spraying into the house, hitting the ceiling and even slightly burning my hand when I tried to stop it, while the operator went to shut it off outside.
No discount was offered for this "accident".
Since the cleaning process that they said would work didn't even get half the dust from the grout, there was very little benefit in our opinion for zerorez to come back to try again.

But the tile cleaning was not good and it's almost like they mopped the tiles, nothing more.
