Tech was very nice and knowledgeable. However, my carpets and sofa felt crunchy after they had completely dried. This didn't not happen the first time I had them cleaned by the company.

A friend recommended the company. She said her tech wore booties to keep the carpets clean and raked the carpet after cleaning. As far as I saw, our tech didn't do either of these things.

A "band" or something broke in the van, after about an hour delay our tech gave us options of rescheduling (and getting a discount) or returning with another van. We couldn't leave our house with furniture blocking our rooms, so we asked him to get another van. It took a total of 2 additional hours, from initial start to finish.
Our tech said we had a wear path, or something, in one room - so the carpet was clean but he couldn't do anything about the wear.
I think we need a second opinion on the "wear path", perhaps it just needs to be cleaned properly. Also, I was surprised they didn't offer to give us a discount, seeing it took so long for the whole process.
How clean my grout is afterwards.

The carpet does not smell clean, I paid the extra for pet cleaning and I feel that did not make a difference , and it did not get the smell out right on the surface, carpet looks clean but it does not smell clean, I have other company cleaned the carpet and I thought would make a difference but for the extra money I paid, is not

Excellent service, clean carpet, the tech was thorough and fast. It was on the expensive side, like really expensive, and that is my only "negative" comment, but I guess you get what you pay for. All other aspects of the Zerorez experience was top notch.
Just feel it's a little pricey
