Efficient, friendly staff. Came when scheduled, with reminder calls, no crunchy carpet, dries fast, good value, no high pressure to "upsell" other services.

The technician was friendly, efficient and seemed knowledgeable. However, I felt that he deliberately mislead me in order to have me spend an additional $300.00 over what I was quoted on the phone when I made my appointment. ($129 for 3 rooms).
After walking our 3 rooms to be cleaned; he advised me that there were a lot of urine stains and walked me thru the house with his black light pointing them all out to me. He suggested a cleaning solution for these stains, but the cost was $75 a gallon and he estimated I would need 4 gallons.
I was very shocked to hear this and had not really budgeted for this large of an expense. Especially, just days before Christmas. But, he said the work would not be guaranteed unless I proceeded with his suggestion. I called my husband and he felt exactly as I did, shocked; to say the least, at the suggested service and associated expense.
But, because we felt like the technician knew what he was talking about; we opted to proceed.
After the technician completed the job and was running my debit card; we were talking. I told him that I was surprised to see so many stains under the black light; as I had used my own shampooer to clean urine stains as they occurred over 12 mos. prior, when our dog was still being trained.
Imagine my disbelief, when the technician told me that even after today's service, these stains would always show up under black light. Because urine has something called phosphates and it leaves traces behind which will always show up. !!!!!!!!!!!
I was floored. SO basically, I felt like he had just strong-armed me into doing the service; spending another $314 that I had not planned on; especially the same week as Christmas. I was upset the rest of the evening and in fact, every time I think about it since.
I don't know if your technicians are paid commission, but if so, you need to discontinue that, in my opinion. Because that type of pay system, can encourage unethical technicians to falsify data and mislead the general public in order to make more money.
This entire experience has left me with a bad taste for your company. I just thought you should know. If anyone asks me about ZeroRez I will be honest and say the carpets look great, but I feel that I was mislead and that I completely overpaid for your service.
I will have to change the channel when I hear Jon Jay and Rich go on and on about how great your company is and how they use you all the time.
My carpet looks like new!! I have 3 dogs, so this is quite a feat!! Great job! Very friendly people on the phone and their techs!
Very friendly and helpful technician, and great customer service. I received a call to let me know they were running 20 minutes late, along with an apology. The carpets came out beautifully and the technician provide some useful tips to help with problem areas and a couple set in stains.

Had to call back to have tile floor recleaned. Tech did not do a very good job the first time

After getting our area cleaned, the edges are stretched out and ripples and will no longer stay flat. The dirt also didn’t come out of The rug.
Nothing more you can do. We have moved out of the area so the 8 is based on the fact that we do not anticipate many people asking us about it.
My carpet was in bad shape, but now it looks great. The Zerorez guy was polite, a hard worker, and very efficient.
Kevin was great. He explained everything in great detail and did an amazing job.

The technician arrived at the scheduled time. He was very cordial and professional. He did an outstanding job cleaning our tile. It looks like new. We will definitely be using this company in the future.

On time, great job, great customer service! Carpets a clean and dried fast too !

My bedroom carpets were a mess! There were stains from my older puppies in 2 of the rooms. Thomas, the gentlemen that came to clean my carpets, took a look at them and said there should not be a problem with getting all the stains. Well let me tell you something. My carpets look and feel brand new!! Thomas gave me quotes on my tile, and carpet and rug cleaning at my mom's house.
I will never have anyone else clean my carpets!! Zerorez really works! As for Thomas, he is the greatest person ever! Very nice and friendly and really cared about doing a great job.
