I love how carpet and furniture look so fresh clean after zerorez has been here . I feel like it is all brand new again !

The Tech. was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and courteous. I could not believe the results of your products, especially on the tile surfaces they look as good as the day they were installed. I will definitely recommend Zerorez .

James, the in-home technician, did a outstanding job. He was personable and professional and out of the many times I have used Zerorez, did the finest cleaning job of any of the previous technicians.
However, the Customer Service Representative, that scheduled my appointment left me so angry that had there been another company that provided your same service, I would not have scheduled the service with you. I asked to be extended the $119.00 - 3-room cleaning special that I saw on the internet. She told me that the 'special' was over. I sent her a 'screen shot' of the search engine information and told her that I expected your company to honor it. She told me that it wasn't your website and wouldn't extend the savings of $10.00. I spent over $300.00 this time but her attitude could have lost your company a loyal customer. She needs to understand the meaning of Customer Service!
Prices seemed bit high, shower grout did not come out very clean (he did say it could be hard to do) but was still disappointed. I expected better.
He did do a good job on the steps.

The carpet always looks so much better when Zerorez does it. I had 2 other companies clean the same carpet and was never satisfied with the results. So I had to have Zerorez come out & it looks soooo much better!

Tray is AMAZING! This is our second time having him clean our floors. He pays close attention to the little details. I think that is important for this job. He didn't even miss a spot! He is very professional and and personable. The last time we had him clean our SUV, it looked brand new again when he was finished. I was worried that our carpets in our bedroom wouldn't come clean because of the stains, but he was able to remove them. I recommend him to all my neighbors. Thank you for all your help Tray.

I decided to try zero Rez but my carpets really don't look
Any cleaner than before. I have a clean home and just have stains on the rug but even though stones didn't change at all after you cleaned them.
After you left I took
Out my own spray cleaner and rag and was able to get out the stains that you were not able to
This being said I don't see the benefits
In using zero Rez I've used Chem dry in past and it seems thier process works much better

Mitchell Martini was great. Explained several different options and treatments available and explained the process. Very happy with the results and the service from Mitchell.
The service was very quick and the technician was very friendly. The carpet looks just like new.
The rugs turned out fabulous. The rugs are 13 years old and they look brand new. He did however tell us if we did not do the deep clean that the stains will come back. I like how up front the Tech was. I really liked the operator I talked to. She was very knowledgeable. She did not push me into a direction that would cost more.
