Do NOT think the tech spent the time to really scrub the floor. His machine went over the floor very quickly and he continued to fly over the floor after I asked him about the process. The floor overall looks no different. The grout and floor was not black or extremely dirty but I do think I should have seen a difference for what we paid.The tech was very courteous but I was not satisfied with the process.

Tyrone was fantastic. Very professional, informative and well educated to the subject. Very nice job and no judgement on the amount of dirt he uncovered. I appreciate that.

I would like to have received something that explains a little more about your process--is it really doing more than just rinsing the carpet? Couldn't find it on your website either--but we don't like chemical cleaners so I took a chance. I have no idea how to recommend this or explain it in simple terms to someone else. That's all. I like that you get my carpets and tile clean without a lot of chemical treatments. And they look great and service guys are always curtious and great.

I loved my technician Randall but I was not informed about things. I said I had dogs and cats and wasn't informed about an extra charge to extract from the carpet. The area of floor we got done looks great.

We had a problem after the first clean and you guys came back and made it right. Love the customer service!

Did a nice job cleaning the carpets. Fast and efficient. Was able to work me in at the last minute.

I do think Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning company that actually removes stains and they don't seem to come back in a week or so.

Matt was my technician and did an excellent job. He was very personable and willing to do whatever necesssary to make my carpets look great. I will always use Zerorez.

I had my grout cleaned and it really doesn't look any different. The tech was very nice that came out, sprayed the entire floor with solution and very quickly cleaned up. Probably could have scrubbed a few of the darker areas. I knew going into this I wasn't going to see any major results so I guess I'm not disappointed. Thanks

The area was worn. I don't think there was anything else that could be done. Also seemed like there was an odor after cleaning.

I love the deep clean of it all I had my tile done last year and I loved it so much a year later I had my whole house including carpet done Randall P did an excellent job and I want him again next year I love the services it's a little pricey I must admit but excellent

My carpet and area rug look great! Very clean, soft and looks very rejuvenated. There was no chemical smell or residues left on the floors. The technician was well informed and did a great job.

The technician was very knowledgeable and showed me with a blacklight exactly where the horrible smell in my house was come from. He told me the best way to clean my floors. He was quick and efficient.

Charles (Technician) was thorough & professional. He explained additional service available and how to maintain carpet (longevity). The cleaning of carpets was quick & results were phenomenal!!
