Luis was very upfront about the possible problems with our flooring and did a sample area so we could see if it would work. Even though that went well, after trying a less traveled part of the flooring, it was determined we would need more help in removal of a product that was put on before we moved in. Luis cleaned up his efforts and did not charge us. I would love to use him again.

Todd arrived in the first 10 minutes of our two hour limit and promptly got to work advising me on the best treatment option for our problem areas. He also did a very good job, taking his time on the problem areas and was very thorough.
