one technician here about an hour and a half. hurried through. cant tell much difference at all in my tile. I have mopped a few times with just water because floor feels like theres a film on it. I paid more than quoted over phone. just not satisfied at all.
Randall was great ... friendly, talkative, and hard working. He went the extra mile for me and I really appreciated his effort.
Carpets were extremely clean when your personnel finished.
Great service and better results. Will start using them yearly to clean our tile floors.

Very likely despite The fact that they never called me to first make arrangements on my first appointment. I had to follow up with them however they did send out a great technician and he did outstanding job on my sofa and on all my carpets. The discount that they gave me was very low monetarily speaking how ever I’m hoping their service level will continue. Thank you.

Prompt, courteous and excellent job
I had the grout cleaned and the the sealant added. My floors are very smeared now and towards the end I think they got tired and rush through. There is a patch where the soap dried because it want cleaned up. The guys were very nice and professional. Very helpful...it was a pretty big job at the end of the day but I just feel like for 550 bucks my floor would not of had the smears and soap left.

Able that completed the job (carpet & tile) in my home was very courteous, professional, on time (actually early) and it was a great experience all around. The carpeted room looked like new and the grout was very clean. I will highly recommend Zerorez.. First name removed P.
1. in the walk=in closet it took 2 days to dry and there are 2 very big yellow spots - maybe 10"x10" . Also we notice that where we had a piece of furniture covering carpet - that area has remained much whiter than the area cleaned by zero res. There is no sunlight in there and areas off the walkway wouldn't be worn - so it seems that maybe your product/service doesn't get it as clean as it could.
2 we were pleased with the upholstery cleaning on our 2 couches.
3. after carpet dried in living room, we saw several areas with spots. We are going to use a can of kem-dry to clean those, but felt that should have been done. And some areas that just didn't seem to be clean. We didn't notice until the carpet had dried - or im sure the guy would have re-treated or re-cleaned those areas.
Troy was very helpful and answered all my questions. So service was great! The products did exactly what I was told they would, so products were great!

I like the fact they dont use so much water and they product they use really clean. the dry time is amazing and so musty smell which is a plus.
I like that there is no lingering chemical smell after cleaning.
