I had used Zerorez to clean cerramic time at my Mom's house around 18 months ago and she had an oustanding technician who went above and beyond to clean the tile and grout. The floors had never been profesinally cleand the the zerorez process did an outstanding job of returning the grout color to its original terra-cotta color.
I have since used zerorez two times at my house with less that outstanding results. The first time was around 12 months ago and before he started the the technician said he would not be able to clean the grout to it's original buff color and he didn't seem to try moving the wand at a slower speed in order to try and clean the grout more thoroughly. He also missed some areas and had to go back and clean the areas he missed on the first pass. I figured he might have had an off day so I decided to give zerorez amother try last weekend and I am sorry to say the techincian did lower quality work than the first guy did at my house. He did the same quick pass on the tile and in most areas it left a white haze on the tile. He also on missed the most basic tecnique of cleaning while moving backward so you don't leave footprints on what you just cleaned. This reminded me of the phrase don't paint yourself into a corner. This backstep cleaning method is a little more cumbersome since you have to start with the areas furthest from the door and work backwards while pushing the hose backwards towards the door. We had to have him go over a few areas to clean up the worst of his footprints.

Our carpet is only a little over a year old so I had hoped that the wear pattern (crossing from master bedroom to bathroom and closet and in the closets) would have come up cleaner than they did. The few mysterious stains we had did come up but I am not real confident they will stay gone. Time will tell on that.
Can't remember who we had come out but he was excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, sold us on the teflon spray and calculated the extra expense for the additional floor we had him do.
The tech was so nice and personal. We would like him back again

Last week we used your carpet Cleaning service for our home. We had heard about the zero residue process and wanted to use this type of process to keep moisture at a minimum in the padding below the carpet. Unfortunately our experience was mixed; the service guy was a "hard sale" experience for about 40 minutes. We had 159.00 reserved and anticipated spending only this amount based on my conversation with your office when I arranged for the service. Our home is 1400 square feet but only 3 rooms (bedrooms) have carpet. Your service guy suggested several "additional processes for our carpet; we attempted to say no as we are on a budget but we finally caved in and spent way more then we had anticipated since the service guy continued on with his "service option" discussion multiple times. I personally had an anxiety attack, which was very uncomfortable. If this is your companies policy, as in hard sale the customer, it would be much more pleasant for the customer to be informed prior to the arrival of the tech. Maybe "options and pricing" could be discussed during the initial phone call. During my initial phone call I did say no to all of the additional services suggested. Please advise your cleaner that when the customer has told him no several times, no means no. We will probably not use Zerorez again based on our experience.

I was expecting something different in the way of carpet cleaning..And Zerorez surprised me...I will use them again...
I had heard so much about zero Rez and I wasn’t very impressed; it was just ok. The area rug I had cleaned does not look any better, the carpet seemed pretty wet, it wasn’t completely dry till the next day. The tile looks better, but the technician seemed to have a lot of trouble with the equipment, water was everywhere and didn’t seem to pick it up very well; when he started to do the tile, dirty water and debris from the carpet was all over the floor. Just felt like it wasn’t up to par.
My neighbor came over to get an estimate and is getting his done on Tuesday, so I hope he will be happy with his! I would like a partial refund!

The empowered water works really well.
The service person was very nice and efficient. The smell of the product was great and dried within about 5 hours. It didn't take long for the service person to do the 3 rooms. We have been very pleased.

I have only used Zerorez the last few years after I discovered the company because it really does clean without chemicals and no residue left behind in your carpet they just did my kitchen tile that looks brand new and my home is 14 years old thanks Zerorez once again..
