I like that no chemicals are used and that the floors dry quickly. I feel the value, even though Zerorez may appear to be slightly higher priced at times, is money well-spent. Between the outstanding and friendly customer service, and the job done, I’m a new Raving Fan of Zerorez. I do wish I would have asked him to do the area where the tile meets the carpet a little better, but overall, very happy with the excellent service and end result.

Just rented a new house and called zerorez the day before moving in because of how dirty the carpets were. Not only were they able to get someone out the next day but the carpets looked like new when they were done. Can’t speak highly enough about their service and the professionalism of their technicians.

There is an area on my rug that doen’t even look like it has been cleaned and the edges of it are curled-up. Basically, I have a $500 ruined area rug. I was really expecting an amazingly clean, non-crispy feeling carpet that would not be soaking wet after the cleaning, but all those things are exactly what I got. Very disappointed!
I love that Zerorez products are natural and leave no residue or poisons or smell from clean my carpet. Safe for everyone. all the employees are very nice and helpful. They come on time and don't take too long to wash the carpets. Carpets are almost dry when they leave. They even mopped my floor where they dripped water. Nice. :)
We were told our steps would be dry in 2-4 hours, 24 hours later, still wet. We had company coming and couldn't use our stairs without plastic booties.
Carpet was crunchy, still is. The last time we used your company, no crunch.

The technicians are always courteuous and keep our floors clean as they come in and out. Their attention to detail is amazing, We have lots of dogs and they have accidents, when Zerorez comes, it smells like no dog has ever been in the room. The carpets are always soft, not stiff like other companies we have used. I also like the 2 hour window is always accurate. Way to go Zerorez!!
