Fast, efficient
There was a scheduling glitch on you website when I scheduled the cleaning. You were running a special in July. I scheduled my cleaning for October 4th. Some days later I received a call indicating that there was an error on your website and that the special was only for cleaning scheduled and done in July. The representative that called said there would be an additional charge to me. After going back and forth with her and not getting any satisfaction I asked to speak to a supervisor. After placing me on a brief hold she came back and stated that Zerorez would honor the original pricing. In my opinion this phone call should never have taken place. I would have expected Zerorez to have automatically honored the original pricing without having to contact the customer.
Kevin did a great job on our carpets. He made sure he did everything he explained and made sure we were happy when he was finished. He wore booties the whole time and protected our corners. Very happy with the service.
Clean floors and the guy who did the floors was very nice and did a good job.

I don't appreciate the upselling
Easy to schedule online. Confirm and call ahead with arrival time and it's always accurate. Friendly and conscientious employees while in my home. Up front with fees and didn't have hidden costs or surprises.
You arrived when you said you would and Dylan was very professional and did a great job.
Carpets always look brand new when done. One cleaning the technician got nail polish out of our carpet and another time grape juice, and they are very knowledgable.
I will wait on the long term to see how well the process used holds up. As far as the technicians are concerned, they were polite, informative, efficient.
Everything was great. The carpets stayed wet almost all day when last time we used zerorez that didn't happen. I don't think all the water was sucked out because our house is humid as well.
I can't say too much about your cleaning process. Especially the fact that you were able to remove all the dog urine from the rug, pad, and I suspect the concrete floor. Wally was your technician and was very professional and obviously knew his job. He took the time to explain the process and how it worked. I've used your service before, and will continue to do so.

Carpet and tile are 15 years old and look close to new. I did not expect them to look so clean. Kyle the Tech was wonderful and I'm sure he spent more time on this job than he should have to make my house as clean as he could get it. Zerorez has a special guy there.
Zerorez has consistently provided year over year quality to my family. My carpets are clean and refreshed, they last longer thanks to treatment, they dry in a fraction of the time and the service professionals are exemplary.
No chemicals
The man who did my carpets (Sorry, I don't remember his name) was very professional, friendly, and worked hard.
Professional combined with excellent cleaning is difficult to beat. Casey was outstanding. Would periodically check with me as to how cleaning was occurring. Represents Zerorez in the highest order.

The technician was on-time, early actually. He introduced himself to me and he provided me a quote for the services. My tile floors and grout have never looked better!
Technician was on time, very efficient and let me know exactly what was going on. Left the rest of the home clean from the work, and the carpet and furniture looked great. Only minor thing was I forgot to ask him to do the closet -- but that was my fault. Would not hesitate to call when we need cleaning again.
Too much water or fluid. My carpets are still wet 30 hours after the cleaning was finished. It was also very expensive.
The company takes the time window seriously. Since the tech was running late they gave me a discount. The work was done thoroughly and the results were beautiful.
