I was charged for a hallway I don’t have. The job was done just fine but the extra charge was disappointing. Since I had already paid by credit card I’m stuck with the charge! I can’t recommend you.

Abel was very professional, and did a great and complete job. We have used Stanley Steamer and Coit both in the past. But your service and product is much superior.

Good job but you don’t move furniture...
The process was quick and left the carpet soft but not deeply clean. It still has the same light smoky wet dog smell as before.

Tanner did an excellent job! He took his time and did a thorough job on our tile and stairs! We always recommend Zerorez to our family and friends! We love the way our carpet looks and feels after it is cleaned! No "crunchy" carpet! Our tile is CLEAN!!! Can't believe the amount of dirt that came up - and we clean our tile weekly! THANK YOU!!!
The term zerorez seems to be subjective. The work completed on the carpets had the results as promised. The solution from the carpet cleaning did leave residue on the tile with a nasty white build up in the grout joints. The effects are not eye pleasing. I personally took a bucket of clean water, sponge and type of toothbrush to make sure the results were not permanent on one or two tiles. With elbow grease and sore knees the residue did come up. I would recommend before and after photos to insure quality to anyone in the future. Luckily this is a new home to us and my wife did take photos of flooring for future furniture placement. Elby the tech is scheduled for the 16th for a follow up to see what can be done to resolve the problem. I tried this company based on reputation and results heard on the (am) dial. First time I used ZEROEZ - and I am extremely pleased! The appointment setting process was very easy and efficient - the communication was excellent and I knew exactly what the time frame of my tech would be on the day of appointment. Tech was very friendly and courteous, and skilled - he knew what he was doing and had been well trained and obviously had a lot of experience.
All during the process, the tech kept asking me if everything was looking OK. He took special care around furniture and before he left, he asked one last time if everything was OK and if there was anything else that he could do.
After years of using a certain "Steemer" cleaning service, I will never go back to them. I was always trying to be 'up sold' with extra services and treatments with 'Steemer' and there were no such attempts with ZEROEZ - they left our carpets very clean and we are VERY pleased!!
