The passion the young man had about the clean tile was amazing. I will say there were spot on the tile that were missed I am going to call on Monday and see about getting someone out to fix them.

Our service tech, Walley was great. He explained the process well and talked about options for follow up, Only reason I didn't give 10 is that the treatments/extraction process didn't get rid of the odor.

Pricing was scetchy and happy but not super happy with results

My renters left the carpets dirty and filthy. There were biologicals all over the carpet and dirt embedded inside the fibers. I didn't expect them to come clean at all, but I had to try. I called Zerorez and they cleaned the carpets and added a biological agent to kill the bacteria in the carpet. The carpets now look practically brand new. Their techician was nice and polite. I will definitely use them again.
