Amazing product
Don't move furniture. Soil returning in some areas after just a couple of weeks (maybe I just need to replace the rug!?)

I called and the receptionist rearranged schedules and got me in the next day. I had a pet accident and really didn't want to wait.
Erin called 20 min before he arrived and was thorough and quick..No more pet stains or odor and my carpets look and feel soft no residue. Like new again.
Extremely effective and efficiently. The technician, Kyle was not only knowledgeable but honest. He provides a quick assessment, communicated the risks and asked if I wanted to proceed before starting. The also arrived on time and kept to the estimate. The carpet was in terrible shape...and given what Kyle had to work with he was even amazed at the results.

Appreciated you being so timely - did exactly what you said. Called ahead and then 20 mi utes before your arrival. Did a good job on my tile and cleaned up good before leaving.

They do a good job of cleaning our tiled area but very pricey (almost $300 and they didn't clean any of the four bedrooms in our house - just the main living areas, hallway, and one bathroom). They were prompt and efficient as well, just can't afford to have them come except every two years or so.

My originally scheduled date of service was cancelled at the last minute. This was extremely inconvenient for me. Due to the fact that I was having my whole house, carpet and tile, cleaned, everything was up off the floor in every room. I had to ask for help in getting the house ready for the cleaning as I live alone. I scheduled the same helpers to come back to put everything back in place when the carpets were dried. The cleaning had been scheduled for a Friday and I had my help coming back on Sunday to put things back in place. So I had to live with my house topsy turvy for an additional week as the cleaning was put out for another week. I did ask for a discount and was offered a small amount to be taken off my bill. I declined and asked for something more substantial and was given a bigger discount. The cleaning did finally take place the following Friday. When the tech measured the space he said the order was not correct. I showed him my contract and he measured the space. He said a little portion of the hallway was not included and it would cost an additional $14.00. I couldn'd believe I would be charged this after the inconvenience I had just been subjected to but there was no way he was going to clean that piece of carpet without me paying. He called the company to make sure I had to pay and the answer was yes, I did. Since this was adjacent to and leading to one of the rooms he was going to clean I had no other joice but to pay the additional $14.00 so the entire space would be cleaned. I will be sure to tell my friends of my experience with Zerorez. They can determine for themselves whether or not it's worth taking a chance of hiring you. On another note, I hired Zerorez to clean the carpets in our offices in May at a cost of $1,165.92. I did mention this at the time I got the call that my house cleaning was being cancelled. So, I guess we will be looking elsewhere for our office cleaning.
My stairs look terrible still. I pointed out the fresh stain to the technician & I’m afraid that’s all he really focused on & sadly that didn’t come out either.
We’ve used your service once or twice before & things looked nice, clean, & fresh after. The young gentleman that cleaned was very friendly & VERY talkative. I’m just afraid he might have been more focused on talking rather than cleaning. There were areas of my stairs that were completely dry immediately after his departure.

The thing you could have done is the second I told you it looked bad you should have had someone there !! Just a do over doesn't cut it in my case !! My house was empty and the perfect time to do it !! Now my house is full and you want to come back but you move nothing!! 1000.00+ and I feel our ideal time to do it has past. I have had 6 individual people look at my floor. Not floor people just home owners that can't believe it looks like this. Your concern from the office was underwhelming to say the least also !!
