I paid quite a bit for pet stain removal per blue light only to find out later even after cleaning blue shows on areas already cleaned. How do you know the difference? Secondly, I sent an area rug for cleaning. I was told it would take 7 to 10 days and it took about a month. When returned it looked as if it had been bleached. All the color was washed out of it.
Service technicians are all very professional. I love the phone call in advance of their arrival. This allows me to move through my day without sitting at home waiting for them to show up.
We were ready to remove our carpeting in the living room and hallway because we didn't think they could be salvaged. But then I heard about Zerorez on the JohnJay & Rich show and thought we'd give it a try as a last ditch effort... And I am so glad that I did! Our technician, Jerrod , showed up on time with a pleasant and helpful attitude even though our appointment was at 6pm. The price was right and the results on our carpet was unbelievable! Seriously, it was like night and day, I couldn't believe the before and after pics! Thank you Zerorez, you totally saved our carpets!😁

Robert my technician took the time and answered every one of my questions, he was very knowledgeable of the product and everything he offered me made sense. Usually I don’t add on spot treatments or stain protection but how he advised me of it’s benefits I was very confident that it was a worth while investment. Especially on my white sofas that he worked tirelessly on to remove every trace of my toddler from! I loved the concept of empowered water and I was even more impressed with the results. It’s hard to believe that it’s literally just water, I didn’t have to worry about chemicals and wether it was safe for my dog to lay on the carpet as it dried. Zero Rez is fantastic! I was on a time crunch and Robert delivered with time to spare!! I will call them for everything!! If your reading this and on the fence, just do it. You will not regret it!! Left the carpet with way to much moisture took more then 24hrs to dry. Last time it took 5-6.

My technician did a good job, but accidentally broke out a glass panel in a hutch. I have to contact a glazier to repair the damage. He said zerorez will cover the cost.
