Service. The way the carpet looks for a long time period.

for the amount of time spent I felt it was not worth the charge-- I have had another service that did much more area for virtually the same price. there are other services that use eco friendly products besides zero rez and next time I will seek them out.
Safe and non toxic. Worked well to remove dog pee stains.
I did not know you did not treat spots on the carpet before cleaning it. If I had known you don't do that, I would not have hired you. I would have used the company I always use. At least they take the spots out of the carpet and clean it. And the price is a little lower too. I would like a refund of at least the cost of the area rug, because the 3 spots that were there before you came are still there. Please refund me at least the cost of the area rug, which I believe was $31 or $33. Thank you.

Although the loveseat came out looking good, the rugs still looked dirty. I was told before the technician began his work that the pet stains would probably not come out which I thought was strange that he didn't have options to get the pet stains out of two of the rugs. I have had carpets cleaned in the past and that has never been an issue. The biggest problem is none of the dirt came out of any of the 4 rugs either. The rugs in my house only range from 1-2 years old. They basically look like they did before they were cleaned. I will now have to pay another company to clean the rugs a second time. The biggest inconvenience is that I'm running out of time to get them cleaned before my new baby gets here. I guess the only thing you could do is give me back some of my money so I can put it towards re-cleaning the rugs.
They are clean and efficient. I trust Zerorez to do the job.
The office staff that give a reminder call have always been very nice and patient. I had to change my appointment and she was very kind and said, "no problem".
The tech was prompt and very polite.

Fast drying time! No residue. I really aporeciated how quick I got an appointment. I have a granddaughter who was coming home from the hospital due to a severe lung infection & wanted it done in a couple days and they made sure it was taken care of.
I have had this company clean my carpets for four or five years. They always show up on time, the technician is very polite and always introduces himself. They take meticulous care to work on any stains or problem areas and I’ve always had the best satisfaction
