I like that no soap is used, carpets stay cleaner longer and they dry fast! I also like the gadget that "rakes" your carpets to get dog hair out and "rejuvenate" high traffic areas.

My carpet looks as good as it did when it was installed. There was a spot that I have tried everything on and I could not get it out. Now it's gone! Great service, too. On time and very professional.

I like how easy it is to set up an appointment. I like that there isn’t sticky soap that leaves a smell or residue.

They came back out to the house to redo a couple areas that I wasn’t satisfied with an went back over them to my satisfaction. Very happy with them now.

The carpet at the end look like it needed to be vacuumed immediately. There were marks of where the wetness was and it wasn’t smooth. It look like it had to be combed out.

No Chemicals. Very clean!

Carpet was not cleaned thoroughly in all areas.

Our carpet is 14 years old and looks brand new after Zerorez cleaned it! Our technician was very professional and a very nice guy!

Technician was on-time, very friendly and communicative throughout the process. And the work was great!

No hard sale tactics. Person was very informative on what he could and could not do with each level of cleaning.

When I registered on website I put in 3 rooms & an area rug. When tech arrived, thought I had requested 9 rooms. The rugs appear very clean. The tech was very professional, explained everything & very pleasant.

Requested morning appointment but tech didn't arrive until 12:15 PM.

the reference to feces,urine and vomit in our carpet was false!!!!!!!!!!!There was NEVER a cat or dog in our home! Tanner was very nice and was prompt ...just did not like the inference of being dirty!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Able was very professional, courteous, and friendly. He went above and beyond to ensure I knew what was happening and to ensure I was satisfied with my services. The question should be; is there anything I don't like about your services!!! Albert arrived right on time, went over the entire job with me, and did an outstanding job. He was able to remove stains that have been here since I moved in last May!!! I am delighted, as always, with the terrific job you do, always recommend you to my friends, and hope Albert gets a big congrats on a fabulous job!!!! I love your company!!!!!!!!!

The service was great! The technician was on time and courteous. He seemed to know the process and product well.

The only negative is the carpet has a leftover crunchy feel. I will need time to see whether spots come back quickly or not.
