The technician, Eric, I my redo was excellent. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the process and make sure I was happy with the outcome before he left. My only negative....was having to have the first time redone.
Your technician was on time, educated me on what he was doing, worked quickly and gave me some good advice for the future. He was terrific.

After tech left, I noticed a dozen large wrinkles in the carpet, they went away, but I’ve never had a carpet do that before. Carpet feels crunchy, not soft as it was before. Appears texture/pattern of carpet has changed, maybe due to crunchiness. Woodwork into master bedroom is scuffed up. Tech closed cord from garage door opener in truck. Had I not noticed it, he would have torn down the garage door opener when he left. I’m a Wreck, not happy about the way my carpet feels.
The company in general was great to work with. The technician that came out was upfront about everything and knowledgeable and just over all professional.!

Every person I had contact with from getting a quote and scheduling over the phone to my technician was very friendly, open, honest, and personable. I never got pressured to be up-sold on anything, and received exactly what I asked for at the exact price I was quoted. I feel that it is a high quality service, with high quality products, being delivered by high quality people. Great company that clearly takes good care of their customers and employees.

Was very impressed with the young man that cleaned our carpets and unfortunately cannot remember his name. He was very knowledgeable about the different materials in our area rugs and most satisfactorily answered questions we had before he started. Hard worker and should be a keeper for the company.
Better valued pricing ....my budget was $300 and I spent north of $500. First time ever for this house that we've owned for 7 years.
Tech was great and the carpets looked really good when he was done.
