The service was good even though the cleaner came late but that is what happens by the end of the day. He did a great job.
I like how clean the product smells after the job was done, I don't mind the wet carpet knowing it was cleaned with a product and water. I truly believe you need water to clean any surface. I had a lot of bad spots and they are all gone that makes me happy. So far I am very happy with the Zerorez product. I also purchased the 5 gallon of the product for everyday cleaning I'm anxious to see how it works.

After my kitchen remodel my floors (both carpet and tile) were a mess. I contacted Zeroez, asking for a specific date and time of day and they were very accommodating. I received a reminder call two days prior, which was much appreciated with the hectic week I was having. The day of my appointment, I received a call that, Dylan, my technician, was running a little late. (Come to find out, they were short a technician and he was helping to fill in. Gotta love team work!) Once Dylan arrived, we walked through the whole house, discussing each room. I had to make some changes to my original request, and Dylan was perfectly fine with that. He proposed an alternative plan and it worked out fabulously. Dylan also informed me of a grout sealant that would add a layer of protection. "Let's do it!" The entire time Dylan was working, he let me know which room he would be cleaning, and showing me some 'before & after' areas. He answered all my questions, was very friendly, polite and professional. I would very much recommend Dylan as an excellent Zeroez technician. Thank you!!
There was a lack of attention to detail, our service guy come back and I still noticed areas that were not clean even after the fact.
The lack of chemicals and the softness of carpets after drying
That I had a problem and everyone jumped in and was ready to help! I think too much water was used as it took almost 2 days to dry and the carpet buckled terribly, but it settled down and is now fine.
I just really appreciate everyones efforts to help me address the problem.
Disappointed in how the edges came out. The tec was amazing and did extra time but not clean.

The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. My floors looked fantastic when he was done. I was amazed how clean they were. I have told many of my friends and family about Zerorez and will use them again.
Your techs are always friendly efficient and knowledgeable. Love that our carpet dries quickly and is not exposed to any chemicals as we have three dear pets in our home. Also love the tile cleaning, what a difference!

There were a few spots on my tile that appeared not to have been cleaned. Overall the work was very good.
Nick was very good and put a lot of muscle & work into cleaning our carpets re: high traffic area, & even mopping up drips on his way out. Gave good explanation re: service.
My carpet was completely dirty that was filled with first, dirt, hair and reeked worse than before it was cleaned. I knew the carpet was dirty so we vaccuumed before the service and after it dried we decided to vacuum it again to make sure it was clean. We told the technician that we believed the carpet to be extremely dirty and to make sure to do a little more especially in our master bedroom. We've used you guys in the past and when a spot was missed or the floor was crunch you guys have come back out and we appreciate it. But this time it was more than disappointing. You guys are coming back on Tuesday which means we cannot put anything away in our new home until it dries sometime that evening or Wednesday.

I felt like the sales were really pushy. When i called to get a price I was told $129 plus 10% for new customer for two rooms and I ended spending $261 plus the 10% discount was configured wrong and I only got 5% discount.
