I've been a Zerorez customer since January 2008 and won't trust my houseful of carpeting to anyone else. The technicians and products are top notch and I most like the lack of chemical and/or soap residue in my house. The carpet stays clean so much longer AND does not show any excess wear "lanes" where we walk the most. I tell everyone to use Zerorez.

My carpets and tile are so clean! Two of the rooms have 10 year old carpet in them and they still cleaned up so nice. Andrew(I think that was his name) was very efficient and polite. This was my first experience using Zerorez and it won't be my last.

Zerorez does a great job on carpets, they look like new again. It doesn't leave that soapy, crunchy feel after it dries. I did recommend to my neighbors. Also, service was fantastic. James was very efficient and courteous.

Todd was very thorough. I had some white spots on my carpet. He diagnosed the problem and worked extra in those areas to get them out.

I was absolutely disillusioned at first when Nick came to my 2 bedroom townhome. He was so absolutely nice that I did not notice that what he did.....did not make a difference! In fact, he made it worse! I did not want to call and complain because he had warned me that a dirty travel area on the rug might not be perfect. But after $370 AND a $50 tip totalling $420 in cash.....I was so disappointed. My husband came home and agreed that it was not worthy of renting to someone if that was what we were doing.
Yesterday, a very nice (hearing impaired) man named Chris came and knew exactly what had happened. Nick had skipped the brush part of the process and shook his head. He immediately told me he would redo the entire place for free and they DO NOT accept tips at ZeroRez. Geez!
My husband and I stood there and observed/witnessed the entire process. It was amazing. What a difference! 99.9% of all the "dirt" was gone and he explained what he was doing through the entire process.
In a nutshell, Chris' attention to our needs after $420 spent in a 1200 square foot townhome saved the day. Again, Nick was sweet and nice, but did not take the time to get ANY pathways of dirt out. In fact, I vacuumed up more dirt and debris after Nick was done.
I just vacuumed after what Chris did and it feels like a fluffy bright new carpet!
