Fast friendly service
I had some crazy set in stains, my St. Bernard loves to get into the trash for some snacks when I’m not home, resulting in black spots all over the carpet. You guys came in and did an awesome job at getting everything off! As a bonus cherry on top (the service not the trash), your service rep was freaking awesome. Most hospitable guy you could have ever hired. I look over many restaurants in the Scottsdale area, and dream of people like him to work for me. He’s awesome, and your service was awesome. Keep it up, will use again in the future for sure.
I thought the service was extremely timeful, and Steven that works for you, was helpful about explaing the process and the work he did was amazing the carpet looked so good even though it is older but cleaned up so well. I definitely am impressed and will use Zerorez again I have already let numerous people know! And also I have recommended Steven Klagos to my friends! I would say he is a 10+!

They really cleaned up the grout in the tile without leaving a residue
Mike was amazing! He was so kind and careful around my walls and furniture. He offered recommendations regarding my maintaining my carpet in between services and was very kind.
This cleaning was a redo undre the 30 day satisfaction garantee. The technician was able to see the issue with the haze and footprints from the previous cleaning and was able to do a second rinse pass on the tile and area rugs. Not their is Zerorez left on the tile.
The carpet looks good and feels very soft. The serviceman was polite and worked quickly, I was impressed that it was done so fast.

No soap residue
My technician was Joel and I have no complaints about his visit to my home. He walked in and introduced himself then walked the rooms that needed to be cleaned. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable of what his job detailed. If I could I will call your company for any future needs of cleaning. Thank you for having an awesome company. Oh by the way, the carpet didn't loose it's texture and feels like as if it was just installed. Love your company!!!

The young man that serviced our home did an excellent job. I will ask for him again. He was very thorough and the carpets look great even though they are over 30 yrs old.

Carpets look fantastic. Servicemen are very professional.
We like the fact that our technician was a marine and therefore was very diligent in his work and his knowledge of the products that he was using. He was extremely professional, clean. Wheel of companies that offer employment for our marine veterans. And we give him an OOHRA!! Not sure how to spell his name but I believe it was Ishmael. Thank you from 2 very happy customers! I'm not sure anything needs to improve but I'm not really sold on all of the hype produced by the radio stations. I'm left wondering what's in it for them. I will say I was very impressed with the hair removal thing. That was different from other companies (I think) and very cool.
The technician filled out the invoices incorrectly and emailed them to a wrong email address

The service people are very helpful and the floors are clean when they are finished! No odors and the carpets stay cleaner longer than experience I have had with other cleaners.
