We were very impressed with our very first carpet cleaning, I am so glad we took a chance and tried your company. Our carpet really needed cleaning and also needed pet odor removal, all this was done in a timely fashion and our carpet looks fantastic. The tech who came to our home to do the cleaning was really a great guy, answered all our questions and did exactly what we asked him to do. He was polite, courteous and helpful. Thank-you for the wonderful service. We already have recommended Zerorez to our family and friends.

Cleans carpets without leaving residue that allows buildup of dirt. Great for removing pet stains. On time and efficient. Great technician that was very accommodating and very pleasant! Highly recommend Zerorez.

I like that there is no smell residue or anything you would expect from usual carpet cleaning services. The only complaint I have is the carpet trim was ignored and needs to be cleaned.
If you want to have something gone over again like the carpet they are very nice about doing it.

Our carpets look like new (23 year old carpeting) and, better yet, our tile and grout (also 23 years old) looks like it was just installed.
The grout and tile have been restored to their original state.

We were so impressed with this service! We actually didnt realize how dirty our floors were ! They turned out amazing! Very professional, and on time. Hard to find that these days!!
I like the true clean feeling of the floors/ no weird smells or chemicals for the standard cleaning .
The grout sealing is a different story - very sting chemical smell and seemed pricy for just spraying a can of product on the grout - seemed like I could have done it myself for a fraction of the cost - but honestly I didn't have time to research it and zero Rez came and took of it quickly so that was good .

3 out of 5 bedrooms were missed which will require me to take off another day to get them done. The grout looks like nothing was done and it's not that dirty. The tile ended looking dirtier that prior and was very sticky. Unless this can be redone right with some money back, we are done with Zerorez.

Professionalism & the communication of the employees
Customer service was good. Setting up the service was easy and the service member was respectful. The technician who came to my house was efficient and pleasant. The work that he completed was very good.
My overall service charge was about $300 for four rooms and a small area in a partial room. This included two rooms of stain repellant. This is a fairly high investment for me to make. I was able to take advantage of a three-room deal for about $140. I felt the remaining rooms came at a higher price than I was comfortable with.
I would be willing to use Zerorez in the future.
My floors look amazing! With that being said, the website is not very user friendly in obtaining quotes. I ended up calling because the two estimates I put in quoted me over $1000. The other thing I don’t really understand is the pricing. I was told any area under 250 sq feet is considered a room. Ok, understand. I had all of the tile in house cleaned and sealed except for my master bath. The total amount of all of the areas is less than 250 sq feet. But, when I was on the phone and estimated the areas, only my kitchen is considered a room. The rest of the areas are estimated by linear feet. So my hallways, bathrooms, and laundry room cost me $94 for a total of 47 feet. But my kitchen that could be up to 250 sq feet cost $64? It doesn’t make any sense to me! I am super happy with the turn out, there are a few spots in the grout that look like maybe were just missed (not in walk ways, so were not horrible to begin with) but otherwise looks great. I will for sure recommend you guys. I just feel like the pricing needs to be looked at.
