The carpet took more than 24 hours to dry. Remove more water.

Zerorez came out to clean our grout and tile. The customer service representative was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The technician arrived promptly and explained everything he was going to do before he did it. When he was done he walked me through the room and answered my questions. I was very pleased with the work he did and I would definitely refer my family and friends to this company.

Your advertisements mention no residue yet it appears there is some. I was also unaware that you did a pre-treat with a citrus cleaning product. Your empowered water is all you discuss in your ads.. The pre-treat is very interesting since it is a diluted acid product.. makes sense that you use this but it should be known prior to order..

Fast and efficient
Overall the service was good the tech that came did a great job and explained everything very well as well as did a thorough job cleaning my carpets but I did notice some "tough"/crunchy spots on a few areas that I hadn't noticed before the service.
RESULTS ARE EVERYTHING! Carpets are soft not crunchy. Stains are gone and high traffic areas fluffed up and rejuvenated

I have used you for over 10 years. I have you scheduled for 2 houses in PebbleCreek; one my main home and other is a rental You cleaned my residence recently. I had to call and have a technician come back for several spots that were missed.
He took care of it, but no one called me to follow up on the second cleaning. This is deplorable. Name removed

everything was great
The carpet was drenched. I told your associate and he said that's the way we do it. But, after a bit of nagging he went over it again with the vacuum. There are a few dirty spots that I think he could've gotten out.....mainly because I went over them with a Nature's Miracle product and they came clean. It's now been over 24 hours and there are still parts of the carpet that are not dry. The guy was nice.....maybe a little more training. I'm going to find out the name of the first Zerorez guy that did my carpet and request him from now on.
Make sure when appointments are booked they aren’t over booked. I didn’t request a day.....it was
just an open appointment that worked fine. Due to a crazy day for our very very nice and polite cleaner, he didn’t arrive until 6 and worked till almost 8 p.m. My schedule is open and could have easily changed to another day which I would have preferred rather than such a late evening cleaning. My window was from 3 to 5. I did appreciate the discount given off of one room due to the circumstances.
Certain areas of the kitchen where the brought just looked wet at first seem to still
Be dirty. So as you go through the area that we’re clean the grout isn’t as clean as I’d like. Besides them having to reschedule me due to zerorez not having staff the technician that showed the next day was very nice and professional.
